Exactly. I have never understood why people are "scared" of a chiropractor touching them externally but have no problem with putting man-made medicines into their bodies. Do you ever listen to or read side effect warnings? I would much rather receive a natural adjustment. And yes, my son was adjusted many times when he was an infant.

Anyone else have this cold or bronchitis crud ?

A major contributing factor I believe is anti-bacterial soap. Not only is everyone "killing" the bad bacteria they also kill the good bacteria which has a job of taking care of the bad. Therefore there is no "good" bacteria left to destroy and conquer. -
Most doctors give this advice. Again, please consider a chiropractor, you will be pleased with the results. They do not use force with a baby.

I hope he gets well soon. Two suggestions: 1) Raise the head of his crib, you can do this by putting wooden blocks under it. This will allow him to sleep better due to better drainage. 2) Take him to a Chiropractor.....trust me. And there is one on here as a Commerce Member.

Is my wife nuts or have other moms noticed this?

With all of the other replies you already know the answer is yes. I will add that girls cycles are starting at a very early age now. It is not uncommon for a 7 or 8 year old girl to start having Aunt Flo visit. The only explanation I can find is that there are so many hormones in our food. Especially in milk and chicken. -
UNLESS it is a designated bus stop which includes private houses. A friend of mine learned that the hard way with her son.

You are welcome. And she could check with a few of the nearby offices where she works to see if there is anyone there that is willing. Good luck.

My advice is to forget getting another car and find someone for her to carpool with. Instead of alternating days or weeks on the carpool she could offer to pay the total gas each week for the other person to do all the driving. It is a win/win.

I will be voting. Sadly I still do not know who for. I am not impressed with any of the choices but I must vote so that we have a NEW President.

73 Sounds about right. I remember I was young and people kept talking about tax day.

I keep recalling a time in the 70's when we got hit on April 15th. Does anybody else remember that?

IF your sugar levels are normal, eat pineapple. It is a natural diuretic (but sugar is high). Follow it by drinking plenty of water and propping your feet up. I used to lay at the end of the bed and prop my feet on the wall.

Exactly.

I think that the "parents" (I use that word loosely) should be charged with: child abuse, cruelty to children, child endangerment......etc.

Good luck to her. My 16 year old got his first real job last month. Working really takes life to the next level for them.

I do not watch the show but I was thinking just a little while ago about how much I miss As the World Turns.

Sometimes you have to put more time and energy into a job/career in order for your family to get ahead. But you should never value your job more than your family.

Make sure that you entered the correct SS and employer ID numbers.

Do not take off to apply. You can drop off an application at any time. Only take off for an interview. And instead of going in late several times a week pick a time 2 weeks out and request a personal day off. Then you can schedule all of your interviews for that day.

Very well said. My sister was VERY sick and was tested for many things. All of the ones the OP mentioned plus, lupus, ms, autoimmune and more. Ended up that it was Celiac. She came off of gluten and her life changed instantly.

I have not seen the newspaper people at the Plaza the last 2 weeks. Does anybody know if they still go there and if so, what time? Thanks

I pray that she continues to heal.
