5 years on the crazy part. as far as the safety courses i think there should be some basic requirement. for example look at the video at left of this page http://www.wsbtv.com...133/detail.html the guy was shooting at a snake from less than 10 feet away, and from the report fired 30 shots to hit the snake once. kinda like the reports of the gang bangers in juarez where somebody gets killed by 2 gunshots, but the police find several hundred casings at the scene. gun control should mean the ability to hit your target, not a government regulation

just like buying a gun anywhere in georgia if you buy from a licensed dealer you have to fill out a 4473 form if you have a ccw they skip the nics check and if you purchase from an individual pretty much anything goes

didn't see anyone on this board say they understood what caused the tuscon shooter to do what he did, except that he was crazy. however, several people on this board said that they personally understood why the shootings in norway happened. that concerns me
