  4. This is so sad, my thoughts and prayers are with his family. What a wonderful legacy he has left for his children. God bless you all!
  5. My ex worked for CCPD for 19 years, I'll PM you his name, we probably know each other. I worked in the Magistrates office in the warrant division.
  6. So glad to hear that God answered your prayers in such a positive way. Now you just start enjoying that awesome baby boy and watch in amazement that your child just brought this one into this big beautiful world. The power of prayer never ceases to amaze me. Congrats to all!!

  8. Prayers said for her and the baby and for you and the rest of the family!
  9. Very will stated, as usual for you! I could not and would not take anything that would make me a zombie. That would scare the crap out of me. Unfortunately some folks will over medicate themself, thinking that if it helps some, if I take more will it help more! Sounds like you have found what works for you....that's great!
  10. I know what you mean about the bipolar, I know that there are people on here who do not believe that it is a disease. I hope that they never have to deal with it first hand. I have been on several combinations of meds over the years thankfully, I am on the right meds for me and have been for about 19 years now. If you just stick with the program like you said, you may have to take the meds the rest of your life but at least it will be a productive life. I have never heard about effexor probably because it wasn't around when they were trying me on the different meds. At one point they p
  11. There's alot to see everyday on Atlanta streets but this is something you don't see everyday. I'm glad to see that the zebra is being taken back to the circus and wasn't hurt and glad that no one else was hurt, it could have been a lot more serious!
  12. I agree with you and Jack Reacher in this case. Some people always look for the cops to be the bad person. That makes my blood boil, I was married to a police officer for 23 years, we are divorced now but believe me what you see in a interview with a drunk or what you hear on the news is almost never as it actually is!!
  13. I would not have known the answer to this question without asking my 28 year old. I had a pretty good idea but didn't know for sure. I'm terribly naive, the older I get the more I want to be informed on things like that. I have two grandchildren in school and I WANT to know! I think that parents should have to take a course on drug paraphenalia(sp)? I'm outraged that you can walk into a store and ask and ye shall receive something like what's been described in this thread. I didn't know about the rose tube either. Just look at all the money these foreign people are making at the expe
  14. I'm just now able to respond to the poll but there are no pictures.
  15. Thanks for everyone's prayers, please keep them coming...her daughter has the H1N1 flu now.
  16. Thanks already, I'm leaving to get back to the hospital!
  17. Please pray for my youngest daughter, workingmom's sister, she is in Douglas Wellstar with severe lung trouble. She's in critical condition. I feel so helpless because I can't stand to see my children or grandchildren sick. . I know my Pcom friends will pray for her. TIA, Judy
