A friend of mine was telling me about a trip he took with his wife and kids. They left real early in the morning so the kids could sleep. He decided to drive as fast as he could so he would have less time to listen to "Are we there yet?" His wife was constantly nagging him "You're gonna get stopped if you don't slow down." Well, wouldn't you know it, he gets pulled over. The officer comes up to his window and he hands the cop his license and insurance card and his wife starts piping in "I told him he'd better slow down." Of course, she just went on and on and on and on... and on and on.

I don't why everyone seems to be against trailers. I went to school in trailers and I actually liked classes there better than I did in the main school building. The trailers were cooler/warmer, much more quiet and smelled better. It seemed that it was easier to concentrate and my grades were better in classes that were held in the trailers than in a regular classroom.

Both my parents have already pre-paid their funeral expenses. It costs them less than $5K each. My Dad passed away over Memorial Day weekend and everything was done very well so it wasn't a 'cheap' funeral. My mother-in-law passed away 3 years ago and her funeral was more expensive but that was because she didn't want to be buried in the ground.

I bought a 1 TB (Terabyte) external hard drive - that's 1,000 GB for $109 at Walmart. I would much rather do backups myself. My dad was using Carbonite and it slowed his computer way down.

The sentence mandated by the judge still has to be served whether the law that was violated has been changed to increase or reduce the amount of time normally to be served. If the amount of time to the served has been reduced this might be taken into consideration during an appeal, parole or probation hearing.

I think husbands don't change the empty TP roll because the wife gets made when you put anything in that clean bathroom garbage can. We can put a new roll on top of the TP holder while leaving the empty roll there. Look at it this way, at least there's a new roll of TP there. I think the bad thing is for anyone to use the last of the TP and NOT have a fresh roll anywhere within reach. Beside, 32% of all statistics are made up on the spot.

If they calculated the numbers correctly, instead of trying to put a positive spin on everything, the unemployment rate would be 16.3%. I think the economic stimulus would have had a bigger effect if Obama had given all of that money to the taxpayers to spend as they see fit. I think the impact would have been a larger, quick recovery. But then, we wouldn't be as dependent on the government.

And then he yelled at her, "Stand back! I don't know how big this thing is gonna get!"
