Just cooked up a whole chicken. Planning on cooking chili for tomorrow. They are calling for rainy and coolish. What is your favorite receipe? My sister has one that is black beans, salsa, mexican chili, cheese, chicken and broth.

We really, really want these tickets. Ginger asked... wait, told me to tell one of my childhood stories. I was maybe about 5 years old and was feeding our two horses. The grain was in their dishes in the stalls and they were happily chomping away. I must've gotten distracted for a few minutes because my timing was a little off. I would usually put the grain in the stalls, unlatch the doors, then walk out to the paddock with a couple of leaves of hay and drop them in two separate piles. Well, when I went to unlatch the stalls, they were ready to get to the hay. I was walking out of t

My husband wants to know what you would charge to fix it?

I have to get him out there first. He is being stubborn. I may have to find a turkey baster and use hot water myself...this is another option.

Here is my nice poignant story... I grew up in Booger Hollow. With a name like that it had to be in the boonies.... right. Right! We had horses growing up and a student at Shorter College that lived with us took care of the horses. I remember taking one of our mares to be bred. It was to a stallion named Zaul and he was a National Champion. The lady had peacocks that displayed their tails. I was about 8. The foal was born on April Fools and we named him Shewal, he was 3/4 Arabian and that means April in Araibic. I remember going to school and saying my horse had a baby. Everyone

It may be the defrost line. We have a rental where the fridge is leaking out the front and has ice in the bottom of freezer. Looked it up and have been trying to get hubby to go over there and use a compressor to blow out the line. I really don't want to pay for a repair man.

Sounds early to me but I always forget and end up past the deadline. We haven't been asked for any money yet on costumes that I know of. Just paid for a shirt and shorts for fall festival shows.

WOW definatly not a family show. I ended up on it last week and asked my husband "Is it as obvious to you as it is to me what they are doing?" "YEP" They were having a party!!! Nudge Nudge Wink Wink

Not sure what you mean by shut down. If I don't have to change the filter that would be great.
-
I offer passport photos. I will take a couple and you can choose the best one. Cost is $12.
-
How many of you changed your water filters? Haven't changed mine yet but it is advised to change filters, dump ice and let water run for 10 minutes.
-
Yes!!! Fame. If you go see it let us all know what you thought.

You must have had a water main break that was closer to your house. I do know they have shut off water in various places while doing repairs.

We bought 5 gallons of water just in case. I posted this morning trying to ask if anyone know where water might be shut off. Our phone number has changed so even if the water company called which I had heard they would they would not get me. Looking at the thread later it looks like it got off to a water being cut off county wide. It does sound like there are some widespread areas with no water. Oh and my hubby made the coffee before he realized there was a water boil in effect. I knew because of pcom he drank the coffee anyway . I boiled mine on the stove before I drank it.

The one at 278/61. Good luck.

Was told by Kroger that certain areas will have their water turned off on Thursday. Does anyone know about this. Also heard that wsa should call those areas to let them know. They probably have our home number which we have had turned off. Tried to call in but you guessed it ....busy. Anyone have any info?

Also, the YMCA was offering that you could go for a month and if you didn't want to continue you could let them know within 30 days and have your membership fee refunded. You would still be out the entery fee. We transfered membership so didn't have to pay the fee. School started before the month was up and we decided that it was too far to make it worthwhile. They refunded our family rate no problem. Esclade Climing Gym is great as well. Couldn't peel my son and husband off the wall at the end of the day. They had a special last spring break.

My husband has put in both laminate and hardwood. The laminate is fairly easy if you use the snap in kind. Just put down your underlayment, measure, snap and then use a mallet to bring it together. After that we did real hardwood. It is harder when it comes close to the wall and takes longer but is much more durable and increases the value of your home more. We went to Cartersville to a discount place to get the flooring. Depending on the size of what you need you could also look on craigslist to save some money. Definately need the knee pads!!

I photographed a Birthday party there just the other week. I know that they rented it so I'm sure it is available for receptions as well. Don't know the price.

We have a Garmin call her Lois. As long as it is not a new area she does fine. Of course we could pay to update her system just havent. Were at the races and going home I think she thought we were in the middle of a corn feild. Really good thing that my husband was driving or I would have been lost. -
Just checking....other venues were difficult? not Che'ne Rouge? The last time I was there they were really helpful and nice.
