All of our important mail goes to the P.O. Box anyway. As technology changes there are lots of businesses that have to adjust. Just look at the camera business. There used to be individual photo labs. Now with digital you can have a photo sent off online or print at home. My sister still has a lab but has had to adjust by adding other services. People pay bills online so the post office needs to adjust.

I had a locksmith come and changed out a keyed lock on a sliding glass door about 5 years ago. He was the only one in the phone book that said it was possible to do and his price was really reasonable. The locksmith was located in Paulding. I need to get that lock changed again but don't remember his name or contact info. If anyone knows of a locksmith that could do this for me please let me know. Thanks

We have three parties planned for tomorrow. House is a disaster and I should be cleaning. My sons birthday party is supposed to start at 10am. How many of you think I should clean house?? or look at all the pretty white snow that is covering everything!!

Did you buy the house with acreage and the separate garage with loft apartment???????? There was one for sale awhile back that had a patio just like that one. The landscaping was gorgeous.

It can't snow. I opted to hunt down Valentine cards instead of getting milk. If were are snowed in I don't need the V-day cards but will need the milk.

I spent three hours in the dentist chair today. Went in to see about a crown for a root canal done some time ago. Had a molar that hurt on the other side as well. There was an opening so the dentist went ahead and did temporary crowns. The final crowns will be in 9 days. With insurance the bill was $1000. So owww and ouch. Thanks Lady Raider and Caped Crusader for the dental recommendations he was great. Now for the business news.... My next stop after the dentist was to finalize the white baby face lamb that I am using for Easter pics. He is so cute and so was his new playmates born

We replaced an old unusable fireplace with a vent free fireplace in 2008. It is in a rental property. Our new tenants turned it on the other day and said it smelled like gas. I just called the company we bought it from and they weren't much help. They said if it has been 2 years a gas leak would have been smelled before now and did we season it before we used it. I said no one mentioned seasoning it and she said it was in your handbook. Wasn't happy with them even at the beginning they didn't honor the phone quote that they gave my husband. Put the antibiotic cream on the stems and put in the pair from the first time we tried piercing her ears. So they should be 14k. IT went much better this morning. Just so worried with how emotional she gets that something will happen this time as well. Funny she was blaming me for not getting her ears pierced when she was a baby. Reading the post for babies and seeing how hard it is now I wish we had.

She is just so emotional. She went to bed without any. I could feel a little knot in her ears. She has had her earrings in since Thanksgiving. I did put on some antibiotic ointment.

Have let the recover for the last few hours now trying to get a new pair in. Still really sore. Do you think it will be ok to let it wait until morning to put in a new pair of earrings?

Got them both. It was mostly hair wound around the posts with some build up.

Wish I had read this first. Pulled it on through hope it doesn't infect. This is our second try at pierced ears. The first time grandma bought her some really cheap earrings that she put in after the first try and they got infected. She just tried to put in the pair from the first piercing after getting these out and had to stopp because it hurt. Earrings are such a pain.

We have a Valentines baby. He will be turning 11. So don't do much on Valentines as our daughters b-day is the 9th his is the 14th and we are all partied out.

Pushed the build up on the post toward her ear and away from the back and it came off. Must have been sticking that. She cleans them religiously don't know how they got so dirty.

They are not stuck. There just isn't much to grab onto. Every time I try she says ow, oww, owww. Just wondered if there was a trick I didn't know about. I can see a build up of ick just past the back.
