The difference is that usually if someone is living in a home, they can be found at some point. If they have nothing to tie them to the area, they commit the crime and disappear. That is why they need to know who is there. I'm all for helping the homeless. I'm all for helping anyone in need. But I think these things need to be done safely and with the knowledge of who you are dealing with. Trust me, I have worked with homeless people who served 20+ years in prison for seriously violent crimes. Now they are on the streets and no one knows where they go each night. While you should always b

Many of the shelters I work with are for men only or women only. Very few are for families. Children are not allowed at most of these shelters, only the family ones. And many of the shelters require a drug test to get in. That has made many of the people I work with refuse to go. But like I said, it needs to be reported and allow the authorities determine if they have the legal right to be there and make sure they are safe. IF they rape or murder someone, they won't be there when the police come looking afterward. They need to know who is there before something happens. And it could be an

Most homeless people are harmless. Many are homeless due to extenuating circumstances. And just as many are homeless by choice. They do not like living in any other setting, often it is because of a mental illness. Still, most of those are harmless and simply want to be left alone. However, there are seriously dangerous homeless people as well. And many offenders hiding from the law. It isn't that easy to register a tent as a residence, so they simply do not register at all, or they registered at their sister's house (or someone else's) and do not really live there. I am coming from the vi

My prayers are on their way right now!

Found this. Not the video, but still funny. http://www.opmband.com/mp3s/jwcollection/wimpy.php

lol! I had one of those too.

My niece had red hair and was about the same size as the doll when I got it. It was like I had my own little baby to play with like my big sister. My sister is 11 years older than me, so I was still very young when I became an aunt. LOL! That niece is now 37yo and has her own little redhead to contend with.

Did you ever get the Barbie head that you could fix the hair and makeup on?

My grandmother used to get me a Hess truck every single year. No dolls. No coloring books. A toy truck. At least they were cool. The lights lit up and everything. I remember I had this one!

I remember getting a Baby Crissy doll. I loved that thing!

I really need to get that coupon thing down! I am no good at it.

I often stick with store brands. The main exceptions, Diet Coke and the Blue Plate Mayo my husband likes. lol! I always try the store brand and see if my family likes it. Usually, they like the store brand just fine. I learned a long time ago, many of the store brand products are exactly the same as the brand name product, even being manufactured and packaged in the same location. The only difference is which package they use and the price. It isn't that hard to tell which product they are like. The packages are often similar and tend to be placed next to each other on the shelves.

I do eat lots of vegetables in the high protein/low carb diet. I just make sure they are not the high carb veggies, like corn. And I don't eat pasta, noodles, rice, etc. Or breads often. That being said, I do allow myself a 'cheat day' every now and then. If I am going out to dinner somewhere that has a great dessert or breads, I will eat what I want that day. Or if I have a party or something to go to, free day! I just have to make sure I don't have a lot of those crammed together. The holiday season should be interesting! But I have learned how to change things around some and keep it in che

I've been on a low carb diet. I've dropped 45 pounds in about 4 months. For me, cutting out the carbs gives me a major boost in energy, and I drop weight. My mom, however, gets sick and gains weight. She loves the veggie type diets. Those make me sick as a dog and I don't lose weight. I think you need to find what works for your body. I've heard a lot of people talking about the Blood Type Diet - http://www.dadamo.com/ (I like this link better! http://www.drlam.com/blood_type_diet/). I don't know if it works, but it is something to check out. I have heard some talk about the no sugar - no

I have seen people use all kinds of things to hurt themselves. And they can create a rope out of just about anything! If someone is trying to kill themselves, ripping clothes up to make a rope is not going to be a big deal to them. Sad they are doing this. It is so difficult to find placement for people in crisis already. Losing one placement option may mean someone goes home when they need to be treated.

Not really enough options. I couldn't vote. I don't think my hubby asked my stepfather. My father was not involved, so not important in the decision, but my stepfather was there. I know he and my mother loved my now husband to death, so I think he would have been all for it if asked. Got me curious though. You would think that 26 years later, I would know if he asked. I can only assume that means he didn't.

I have to say, Russell has grown on me. After he made it to the merge, he had me cheering for him. I love how he is playing them. He is an AWESOME player. The best they have ever had. Sneaky as all get out, but dang good at this game. I would probably have to strangle him in real life. I have to say though, he makes it one fun show this season.

Such a great guy. He will be missed.

I've heard a name from Facebook, and I received a call from a friend of my son's looking for him to tell him about this. This was a friend of his. I am so sad to think someone lost a child, even more heartbreaking to hear it is the second one they have lost. Prayers for all his family and friends.

She was charged with HUMAN trafficking. She was selling people.

This'll be on PCom!

I'm glad it isn't worse! Prayers that he is up to par soon!

Russell is definitely the one who SHOULD win. He has outwitted and outplayed the others. Now, if he can just continue to outlast them. As sneaky and conniving as he is, he is the ultimate player for sure.

I agree. I hate the little $h!+, but he can play the game. He deserves the entire thing. Best player EVER! And mean as a snake.
