  1. Yeah, y'all probably need it as bad as we do...I'll give you that much.
  2. Yes, Johnboy, you can buy one for your sister-in-law and your wife.
  3. Magic Eraser. Just be careful and make sure it doesn't ruin the finish.
  4. Put it this way...my ex-MIL's kitchen was done in roosters, and I got her a whole huge basket (which I also bought there) of rooster stuff there for mother's day one year for less than $15. It was like a couple of ceramic roosters, a couple of rooster trivets, a little tin rooster bucket, a rooster hat box...all KINDS of stuff, and paid $15 for everything including the basket. I've also bought metal wall art there for super cheap. I have a round metal thing that hangs on the wall and it's a good 48 inches in diameter, and I paid like $5.99 for it. They have candles super cheap, too
  5. If you say you're from p.com, you can get 3 for $15 at the Junkyard. And ours are A LOT bigger than Home Depot's and Walmart's, and we have them all laid out so you can see what you have to choose from (and there's a looottta pumpkins out there)!
  6. Yep, you can visit three p.commers within just a couple mile radius on Hwy 92!! Nemie, Buddy loved his toy...I need to walk over there and pick him up a couple more!
  7. Come to the Haunted Junkyard Hayride tomorrow night with a coupon printed from our google listing and get $3 off an adult ticket! Limit one coupon per ticket!
  8. Oh, okay! I know where that's at! We'll definitely send some folks down there to ya!
  9. From noon til whenever you want to leave. We'll be there all night! Cool, which one?
  10. Any kind of booth that you want to do is fine! If you're selling a product or charging to play a game, it's 25%. If you just want to set up a booth and give out information/candy for your business, you can come for free....just bring something for the kids to do for free, a "fall festival" type game. Aw, thanks! Hope y'all have a good turnout!! What church is it, and I'll be glad to send some people your way?
  11. Jason will usually cut a deal on groups of 10 or more kids, like for birthday parties and such. You can call him and ask him (770) 875-8802, and it might be wise to pre-purchase your tix for Saturday so you don't have to wait in line forever. We'll start selling tix Saturday at noon. If we go, I'll letcha know. I heard it's really good, though! Can't wait to see you Saturday!
  12. We are thinking about going tonight. One of the managers came and checked out our haunt, and she wants us to come check out theirs. We're running out of time, so I think tonight will be the night!
  13. We have them at the Haunted Junkyard Pumpkin Patch. $3 small, $7 medium, $11 large. I know Jason was making deals for people buying multiple pumpkins but I don't remember what those prices were...
  14. My mom said the other day, "Well, if we ever want it to rain again, we'll just tell Jason to plan a Hayride." That's really how it feels, like the bottom fell out the month before the Hayride started, and hasn't let up much since.
  15. I don't know about the HRA, but we have a One Deductible plan, which works out pretty good for us. We have one large deductible for the family, and once it's met, the plan pays 80% until we've met our out of pocket, and then it pays 100%. There are no individual deductibles or anything like that. Basically, if we need to go to the dr for a minor illness, we pay out of pocket, and this covers us if something major/catastrophic happens (like the hip replacement surgery that my hubby is having next week).
  16. I could if I could stay home and curl up with a book or sleep! Just no fun going to work in it...and it needs to stop by Thursday for the sake of the Hayride!
  17. I just hope it stops by Thursday. We need good weather for the last weekend of the Haunted Junkyard Hayride!!
  18. You'll be starting your second trimester then, so you should be feeling good!
  19. Old Time Pottery, Garden Ridge Really nice cards, CHEAP.
  20. PM sent (for XTW). Thanks for the recommendation, Celeste!
  21. I hate that Family Guy commercial where Stewie is saying "Lewis, Lewis, Lewis". Even with DVR, it always seems to be the first commercial so I still hear a couple seconds of it before I get past it!!
  22. George was an amazing man with the kindest heart. We are all so sad that he is gone, but thankful that he's not suffering anymore. He was so excited about the Hayride, sporting his t-shirt around town, coming by to watch the progress...doing everything he could to help Paul and Jason get this thing going. Unfortunately, he was too sick to come once it actually started. That sweet man will be missed by so many. Everyone please keep Paul and Nick and the grandkids in your prayers...they will certainly be in ours.
  23. I know, right? I was just telling my stepsister a couple of days ago that I LOVE sweater, jeans, and boot weather!
