  1. The Hayride is probably too scary for them, anyway. Oh well, like I said, it was just a thought.
  2. Plus adult admission, true. But she'd have to drive 2-3 vehicles no matter where she took 10 kids. It lasts about 15-20 minutes. ETA: It was just a suggestion. My kids have all had home parties this year, and been just fine with it.
  3. If it's an October birthday, you can bring 10 kids to the Haunted Junkyard Hayride for $120 ($12 each)! Do that and a cake at Publix and that's half of what you are talking about paying.
  4. Yeah, Michaels has it, but IDK how much it is or anything like that. But if you have a coupon, I'm sure that'd be a good place to check!
  5. I'd use it as a great excuse to go! It's only in D'ville. But if you don't want to go there, Dollar Tree is probably your next best bet. Don't know how good of quality it would be, but it'd be cheap.
  6. This will be the first year EVER that I have not gone. We are just tooooo busy with the Hayride. I miss Charlie Daniels coming every year, though. That's like a huge memory from high school...going to the fair to see The Charlie Daniels Band.
  7. Ugh, I was so hoping it would be back on by this evening. I didn't even have a trickle to shower in this morning. We brushed our teeth with no water. I work in Cartersville so I guess I will go by the store and get some water on my way home. But no water is the least of my worries...I'm just thankful that I'm not dealing with a house FULL of water!
  8. Wow, I really feel blessed. I live in Yorkville and work in Cartersville, and it only took me my usual 30 minutes. It's not bad at all up here. I hope it gets better for everyone soon.
  9. Go by Pirate Printing or CJ & Associates Insurance to get your Haunted Junkyard Hayride t-shirt! They are available now! They are $10 ($12 for xxl & bigger), and that allows you $3 off of your adult Hayride ticket on Thursday nights if you wear it! If you come to the Hayride 3 times on Thursdays wearing your t-shirt, it has practically paid for itself!
  10. $15 for adults, $12 for kids However, if you purchase a tshirt at one of our presale vendors and wear it, you can get $3 off an adult ticket on Thursdays!
  11. I was having the problem of everything I washed was smelling sour, and I thought it was my washing machine. I tried running empty loads with bleach, vinegar, baking soda, you name it, and nothing helped the machine. I started putting a 1/2 cup of vinegar in with every load of clothes, and it started smelling better, so that told me it was the clothes, not the machine! I had no idea detergent/fabric softener could build up and do that!
  12. Sure do!! Thank you soooo much!!! I'll have Jason drop some by...what are your hours? I'll just have him drop your ticket that you won in the other thread off as well!
  13. Aw, you'll be fine. Just put your big girl panties on before you go to bed.
  14. Wow, that's an awesome deal! I need to contact you soon...it's been forever since I've had my kids' pictures made.
  15. Children under 5 won't be allowed (it'll be waaaay to scary for them, and we don't wanna give them nightmares), and it's not recommended for kids under 9 (it's up to the mamas and the daddies if they think their kiddos can handle it at that age).
  16. And one more... Which scene from Christine the movie does not appear in the book?
  17. You got it, Sage! Will pm you about your ticket! Try this one... What was the name of the clown in "IT"?
  18. Okay, sorry...having a super busy day at work and I missed the last hour. Here's question # 2. Stephen King is a recovering ______ (and some of his novels feature authors that are also recovering).
