Maybe the owner of the Dunkin Donuts did it. I went to that Dunkin Donuts one night when I first moved to Paulding. It was 30 minutes before they closed and the owner, at least he said he was the owner, hd already thrown away all the donuts. He was cleaning the cases. When I asked why he was open when he had nothing to sell, he told me to leave, so I did and I have never been back.

Ok, that was funny. Same person, right?

I don't blame the teachers really. Like others, I blame the bureaucrats, who probably can't count anyway.

I would LOVE a KK. BUT, I only stop when the Hot-n-Fresh sign is on. I was telling the wife how good they were and she didn't believe me, then one day we were going by one and the sign was lit, we stopped and the wife soon agreed that a hot-n-fresh KK is close to heaven.

I knew what you meant, I was making a joke about my being smart enough not to make jokes about you (us) being old. You know, graduating in '68 and all.

Is it bad that I got the wrong answer both ways? In fact, I got two different wrong answers. Too many Chiefs, not enough Indians and not enough common sense among all of them in our school systems.

Not excusing the offence by any means, both the one in this thread or the one listed below, but back in my day we often had to evacuate the school do to a bomb threat. There was never a bomb, what there was however, was someone who had a test that period and hadn't studied. Now the interesting thing (to me) about these bomb threats were they were always called in from the pay phone in front of the office. I can doubt very seriously that the kids calling in the bomb threats to get out of class thought they were committing a big time crime.

Strangely enough, or maybe not so strange, the company that I think has the worst automated system if AT&T. I hate that system. I end up yelling curse words at it. (it doesn't care that I yell curse words, at least that is what my wife tells me)

Good for you! My handwriting is terrible and has been all my life. In fact, I write like a 5 year old, that is a 5 year old that has a broken hand. You go Mom!
