Thank you, add me to the list of people who have used Medicaid and wic while driving a nice car. I was in a car accident when I was 18 and was severly injured, I got money from that accident and bought a car. A year later I was pregnant, and had no health insurance. I worked the entire time I was pregnant, and Went back to work at 6 weeks later. After my year of Medicaid was up, I went to reapply. I was turned down because owned my car. I'm sure there are plenty of people abusing the system, but you won't catch me at the store staring at people while they make their payment. It never occurred

She started out with a blog and website, I'm not sure how long ago. Within the past year she got her own show on Food Network. She's very personable and funny. Her recipes are easy to make, comfort food. Check out her website, pioneerwoman.com. I could spend hours there.

I'm making Pioneer Womans braised beef brisket. It's been marinating since yesterday morning. I'm excited! I'm also making roasted asparagus, onion straws and garlic bread.

I've actually loled reading her cookbook. That never happens while reading a cookbook, usually. Potatoes are a cheap side dish! Buy you some, and mash em up! You deserve it, Sugail!

How can you tell the cards have been loaded? Just curious. Are people walking around with them exposed? I can honestly say every time I've ever been to a grocery store, I've never thought to look at a person and guess how they might be planning to pay.

I'm making the Pioneer Womans chicken fried steak & gravy. With mashed potatoes and crescent rolls on the side. I'm making a pioneer woman recipe every night this week. I think I might have a crush on her.

I agree with the first half of what you said. I am admittedly :gasp: an Obama supporter, but I don't think he should be visiting with celebrities right now. But having said that Bush went to sleep many nights while troops were dying, and I'm still not sure for what. That whole region will never be stable.

Maybe your right. I just heard so many people say they hated the movie. Those were the people that hadn't read the book. The relationship you develop with the characters while reading the books are so much harder to develop during a 2 hour long movie. I say, you gotta read the books! Papi better get to readin'!

I say the movie isn't that good unless you've read the book. I freaking loved the books! I mean loved! I can't wait for the next movie, it's gonna be a while. I figure I'll be 40 by the time the third movie comes out.
