Off Winndale Rd. There is a dock under there. The water has receeded far enough that you can see the top of the ladder on the dock. The ladder top sits about 18 inches above the dock. The river thru the front yard. The front river entering the lake. The water is about 2 feet deep going over the emergency spill way, basically trapping the neighbors. There are 2 houses around that side of the lake that use the drive across the dam. The only way in or out for them. Luckily our house sits up high so no flooding in the house although
