Blondie is the only one who calls me Papi. The few people I've met from pcom call me by my real name if they remember it at all. I did use my real name when I was a commerce member.

I still catch myself calling you Roni instead of your real name.

There is nothing special about it, I just don't have a "recipe". It usually starts off with a packaged chili kit of which I just use the spice packet out of, Carroll Shelby, Brown Bag etc. I use rough ground beef for chili, onions, bell peppers, garlic, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, bay leaves, anything else I can find in the cabinet to put in it. The big difference is I use beer as the majority of the liquid. Yesterday I cooked it for 6 hours and used 7 bottles of beer. I've used a whole 12 pack before.
