  1. Small price to pay to avoid litigation. The right attorney and jury could possibly get him the $2,750,000 that he would have made over the next five years. He waived that right by resigning. And from what I understand his salary is not paid by the board of regents.
  2. I am witing for the "I was set up" defense. (And I'm not so sure he wasn't).
  3. Good thing her panties were red. Can you imagine the uproar if the panties had been yellow and black or even worse orange and blue? These guys are so predictable: big contract, fancy car, caucasion whore.
  4. Okay, now we have three males that were totally satisfied with Double D and three females that think he sucked. Anyone else willing to add their experience to this non-scientific study?
  5. Am I seeing a pattern here? Seems the guy is happy and the gals are unhappy. Just an observation.
  6. I don't think they are stereotypes when they are true.
  7. Never heard anyone complain about a restaurant being clean.
  8. I like: If guns kill, spoons made Rosie O'Donnell fat.
  9. Another great feature is speak to text. The problem is the Droid doesn't speak southern so you have to check your message.
  10. No cell phone? No dishwasher? Is there a hole in the floorboard of your car that you stick your feet through Wilma? I am OCD and a bugaphobe like Surepip. I iron all my clothes (even T shirts) and even clothes that I am about to wear outside to work in the yard. I hate wearing wrinkled clothes. I also wash all the dishes by hand and THEN put them in the dishwasher to scald 'em. And everyone thought I was normal.
  11. For once you are right! I was disappointed in him for that as well. Crap, everyone would freak out if some guy threw down a blanket, knelt and started chanting weird crap every day about lunch time but those same people think a Christian religious fanatic is a good thing to have running our business. They both scare the hell out of me. The people that I have known that truly "walk with God" don't have to announce it.
  12. Nope. They came out of the chute wearing their religion and their right to life crap on their sleeves. I have seen way too many set themselves up for failure by doing this sort of thing. No-freakin-body can live up to these standards. I just want people to be honest with me, and to do that they are going to first have to be honest with themselves.
  13. Oh I read it. Why are you such a prick? Do you not posses the common sense to debate a topic without going into some third grader tirate? And you ARE the Paulding Republican Party? Jerry must be so proud of you and Ithy.
  14. So when are you boys down at the PGOP going to jump on this idea that you had way before Will had and do something other than vote pandering with Stout and Collett's Right to Life Bullcheeze?
  15. You are wrong,as usual. Deadlines are made to keep lazy people on schedule. Most responsible people are going to beat deadlines.

  17. I have a buddy who is a large claims adjuster for a large insurance company. You would probably be surprised just how many people have burned their houses.
  18. I think we are pretty much on the same page. I was for this law when it was being legislated just to make the young drivers more aware and I am still not totally against it. The publicity it has received has more than likely prevented a few kids from being in accidents.
  19. The freakin Chipmunks got a movie deal and support themselves.
  20. DUI has scientific proof in the form of documented blood alcohol content. This law is strictly going to be based on the word of the cop. There is no other tangible proof. This has the potential of causing one hell of an uproar and can damage the integrity of the small town PDs. Not unlike Powder Springs once was from some of the shenanigans they pulled to write a ticket. I agree that teens are the most dangerous drivers on the road. Cops are not super humans, they can't see the road when looking at their computers. Is this okay? I guess it depends on whether it is your family or my
  21. From the looks of the photo in "her" avatar I doubt anyone here is going to say anything she hasn't already heard.
  22. I do hope you are kidding because distraction is distraction. Unless your training included transplanting eyes into the top of your head you are no better off than anyone else that is not watching where they are going. Anyone with a half a brain will never have this law enforced on them. It's a stupid law that is pretty much unenforceable.
