I have a buddy who is a large claims adjuster for a large insurance company. You would probably be surprised just how many people have burned their houses.

I think we are pretty much on the same page. I was for this law when it was being legislated just to make the young drivers more aware and I am still not totally against it. The publicity it has received has more than likely prevented a few kids from being in accidents.

DUI has scientific proof in the form of documented blood alcohol content. This law is strictly going to be based on the word of the cop. There is no other tangible proof.
