Not necessarily. If you never got past economics 101 it might be, but had you continued and received a degree in economics you might see it differently. Now is the time that smart investors are making smart investments. The devaluation is just on paper. The actual value of anything at any time is what someone is willing to pay for it. This is true unless you are borrowing (or owe) money on the property in which case some banker will tell you the value. I see your point. My understanding is that the East Hiram Parkway is fully funded and some of the properties have been purchased. I would prefer to vote on the SPLOST after the BOC has been elected. I can't help but remember how Jerry Shearin fooled the majority of the people into voting for the fire tax.

My wife drives a Buick Enclave. It has third row seating with a decent amount of cargo behind the third row. The only thing I don't like about any of the crossovers or the minivans is that they are TERRIBLY underpowered. I prefer the large SUVs with a V-8. I also prefer rear wheel drive. They seems to be more durable. The downside is the fuel mileage, but it all kind of equals out once you start making repairs on the overworked drive train of the front wheel drive stuff.
