It seems like the females are getting all hopped up on Tebow. Like I have said before, I couldn't care less if Tebow prays or not. I don't watch football to get my weekly dose of religion. In my opinion prayer is a private thing between a person and his God. I have to wonder if Tebow thinks his prayer would mean less if he waited until he was driving home from the game. But you are correct in that team prayers before and after games have always been a part of football. Too bad Timmy has drawn so much attention to himself for doing it. I always thought that was the wrong thing to do.

Why would this have been great?

*** Falcons game starts in less than 2 hours***

Matt Ryan played scared yesterday. He gets a look in his eyes, kind of a deer in the headlights look, and if he ever goes there he is done. He had the same stupid look on his face in the Houston game. When he slid five yards from the nearest defensive player I knew we were in trouble. He has lost his killer instinct. Don't know if he can get it back. -

Way to go Animal. Thought about running for BOC chairman? And I disagree that unions are the BIGGEST problem. Not as long as we have lawyers, insurance companies and politicians.

I owned the same boat with a little less horsepower. That is a world speed record, 117 mph. Mine was low 90's. I understand your point. My neice is in her last year at UGA law. And she doesn't have a UGA tag on her vehicle. I'm betting she doesn't know what bowl the Dawgs were in.

Go for it. Still doesn't make sense to me.

Didn't say that. I just said that I didn't understand it. Pro sports are a completely different animal. I watch a lot of college football and I have some favorite coaches and teams. But I never understood putting a UGA tag on one's vehicle when they never attended that school. Just a point of view.

I'll take that as a no.

Exactly what I was saying. woop......

So did any of you guys actually GO to LSU, Alabammer or Georgia?

There already is. I just can't seem to get all giddy about Aldi. The one I went in was like Walmart reject stuff.

Oh yeah Pubby!!! That's upper crust right there brother!! Boy was I off base with my previous comments.

I'm not "anti-Bulldog", but I didn't play for UGA, I didn't go to UGA, so it just seems weird to me how someone can be a fan having never done either. Don't mean to knock anyone else for it, that's just my opinion.

I hope LSU wipes up the field with Bammer. The only thing worse than a DAWG fan is a Tide fan.

Pubby! What a great line to send to the Hiram City Council!!

Look. I know Jack (no pun intended). I knew Jack's dad. I know one of the parties involved and I have been around the other. One has always seemed to be a little arrogant for no apparent reason; the other used to be pretty decent folks but seem to have an agenda these days. Now I took up for one set of these folks when they rid Hiram of the only coffee shop we had. But now I'm thinking they are out to take control of the place and everyone knows that Dewey Pendley was the only person that could get away with that. Truthfully, I don't have a dog in this race, but I am always amus

In my opinion all these places are the same old greasy pizza. If you want some REALLY good pizza you have got to try this place: Antico Pizza Napoletana on Hemphill Avenue. Good luck getting a table at dinner. As for Itallian food. There used to be a place on Peachtree Road just south of St. Philips Cathedral called Giani's. It's no longer there, but Giani's was like going to your Italian grandmother's house. The food was absolutely wonderful.
