Ate there last night. The food was good, just a little pricey (in my opinion). They were out of a lot of stuff considering it was a Friday night. Super nice people. I hope they do well. -

I did. I saw where the home owners were talking about Pearson using HOA fees for things not related to the subdivision. My question is, was this specifically addressed in the contract? And is this the only issue?

I was in Macon yesterday and my customer down there was saying the peach growers are getting worried about this weather. The peach trees need to be dormant for at least 30 days to produce properly.

I'm not that brave. I thought about starting a few plants, but I'm not going all out in January. A lot can happen in the next 8 to 10 weeks. I did notice that the Sandhill Cranes didn't start migrating until well into December. I saw a flock of them Saturday headed west.

Oh no, I wasn't insinuating that. But there seems to be a lot of accidents that church buses and vans are involved in.
