I think this is terrific and you have a great dealership. I get so tired of the crowd who criticize businesses because they operate to make a profit and therefore assume that they are all out to take advantage of the consumer. It certainly sounds as if the problem was incorrectly diagnosed. If it were me, I would get a second opinion. Ping JohnBoy Automotive (Steven) on this forum. He is competent and honest plus reasonable. Once Steven has diagnosed it, perhaps you can go back to the first place and ask for some reasonable amount of reimbursement.

I've not experienced what you have but I'll see whether I can find anything about the .pst file. Maybe you can call MS support on this. I'd hate to play around and risk losing all your data in your .pst.

Whenever anyone has a problem - for example, with music downloads (I support out chorus' website) - I always ask who their ISP is and how they access the site. If they say AOL, my first suggestion is to open IE or FF and try to download or play the song there. Fixes the problems every time.
