  1. I think this is terrific and you have a great dealership. I get so tired of the crowd who criticize businesses because they operate to make a profit and therefore assume that they are all out to take advantage of the consumer. Folks, for the vast majority of the cases, businesses are made up a terrific people who want to help you.
  2. These are always tough and it depends on the state laws, in this case, Washington. Usually what happens is that the person who reported the theft is contacted and has the option to take the vehicle back. It may be offered to his estate if he is deceased. What I think should happen in addition is that the original owner should be required to reimburse Allstate (won't be a lot of money and he would pay 2009 vs 1974 dollars.   4. Is the car pouring coolant out the overflow hoes onto the grounds or is it "burning it" ...i.e. the level in the reservoir keeps going down but there is nothing under the car.

  10. I've not experienced what you have but I'll see whether I can find anything about the .pst file. Maybe you can call MS support on this. I'd hate to play around and risk losing all your data in your .pst.

  19. Whenever anyone has a problem - for example, with music downloads (I support out chorus' website) - I always ask who their ISP is and how they access the site. If they say AOL, my first suggestion is to open IE or FF and try to download or play the song there. Fixes the problems every time.
