I quit cold turkey Nov 27th last year after 40 years of smoking! I had tried every stop smoking pill patch e cig the whole nine yards! Habit is the hardest to break not the nicotine. Change habits each day like if you get up and lit up change that to get up and put it off as long as you can. Stop smoking in the house your car etc. I am so happy it does get easier day by day and in 2 weeks the smell is aweful! I sometimes want a cig then the thought leaves me as fast as it came to me. GoodLuck!

As a District Manager of a major retail company I had an associate refuse to wear a santa hat because it was against her beliefs, So a few weeks later we do a Secret Santa gift exchange, guess who excepted her gifts,I just looked at her and said "so that gift wrapped in Jesus paper is ok for your beliefs? I however never forced anyone to wear the Santa hats but I feel some use as an excuse to be negative! I love your point of view!

I got a promotion last summer but I have not felt the lift due to the fact I am keeping my sister a float since her unemployment ran out plus I send my Daughter and son in law money from time to time to smooth the rough patches around holidays so my Grandkids dont suffer. I bought a digital antenna for my tv and it gets 15 channels as clear as direct tv. Happy Happy Joy Joy I realized I watch abc 90 percent of the time and paying $75 a month for it. Wherees my phone BYE BYE Direct tv Oh yeah the antenna is $11 at walmart
