  1. What used to be my driveway. Now part of Sweetwater Creek. We're surrounded only way out is by boat. Pray no more rain or it will flood the house if the creek rises a few more feet.
  2. 92 closed at Waters Rd. Was closed at Sweetwater Creek bridge but haven't heard anything on that for a few .
  3. We're cut off. hunkered down with neighbor because our 2 driveways are gone and there is no other way out. Will have to hike out if flood waters stop washing. Basement flooded and now the roof started leaking around a vent pipe.

  13. I guess it depends on where and how soon the rain stops. We are cut off right now and hunkered down with 1 neighbor. Hope to walk out tomorrow. Heard earlier Dallas Nebo was flooded at Glenn Eagle Way. Don't know current status.
  14. Please stay home unless emergency per SO request.

  18. 10.6 since noon yesterday in Hiram
  19. The last thing we need is wind. well no sleep for me tonight.
  20. We are OK. The water appears to be receding somewhat, even though it's still raining hard. 10.2 " since noon Saturday so far here just south of Hiram. Only about 20 feet of driveway is covered now but the water is still moving too swiftly to try to leave. Called a buddy with a winch truck who says he will be here in the morning to see if we can winch my truck across the ravine. Still don't know just how bad the drive is. what little I can see since the water went down about a foot looks impassible even by truck. I think one culvert may be completely gone. I guess they'll find it in Sweet
  21. Neighbor advises dam did not break, it is massive overland flooding. 9 " of rain since noon yesterday in my gauge..... 2" in last hour and a half...... 5" since 5 pm today.
  22. Water appears to have stopped rising, or maybe it is wishful thinking. Stop raining already. Prayers for those folks in worse shape than us and all the rescuers.
  23. Will need your help tomorrow if it stops raining 50 ft of gravel driveway completely washed away along with three 24" culverts. Water still moving about 10 mph about 6 feet deep. Still not up to house. Holding our own.
  24. About 40 ft wide wall of water moving at about 10 mph. at least 6 feet deep.
