  1. Isn't every male in the world into Danica? If you got an address for Mr. Soltani off of Whois, you could do a search and see if anything of interest comes up. I just Googled him and nothing interesting came up. That would lead me to believe that he is a outlier.
  2. I've "exceeded my whois quota", but if one of you will do a whois search for http://shariah4america.com you might get an answer to the question.
  3. I'm gonna be really disappointed if I go to see Part 1 and there is no part 2, but I will go for sure. Blue I agree. I hope they don't ruin it.
  4. Not digging around too much in your contention, but you are dealing with polls, estimates and corrections. I think that the important factors are laid out in the BLS underlying numbers, which are sound for the first time in years, not the headline unemployment rate or any chipping around the edges which is virtually worthless. People have been dropping out for months, and that has changed, perhaps convincingly, for the first time in a long time. The other thing that I found fairly significant is the breadth of the private job creation across different sectors. I would never look at this
  5. BLS Employment Situation Summary The fundamentals are finally there. Private-sector payrolls increased by 222,000, the biggest jump since last April. The participation rate remained unchanged at 64.2%. The alternate measure of employment, which includes discouraged workers and those forced to work part-time because of the weak economy, fell to 15.9% from 16.1%. Manufacturing Hours rose to 40.5 hours while the overall average workweek held steady at 34.2 hours. One caveat is that these numbers are unlikely to sustain through the March report, as they are somewhat elevated due to Janua
  6. Many East Germans were shocked to find that freedom brought both opportunity that was previously unheard of, but also the personal responsibility to pursue that opportunity or fall by the wayside. In a "planned economy" those decisions were made for you. You do what you are told. The "reward" for that was, until the money ran out, being kept almost like a pet. You are given fiat currency to live in what we would call a lower class lifestyle, but you have no real decisions to make. Some find that an easy way to live just as some long time criminals can't function outside of incarceration.
  7. The stated goal is revenue neutrality, however they are yet to prove this particular plan will provide that neutrality. In fact, as of right now, it appears that it will generate about $1 Billion in increased revenue, this according to Americans for Tax reform, who has thus far refused endorsement. It also appears that in an effort to broaden the tax base ( a noble cause that leads us closer to everybody paying their fair share) they have ignored some obvious crony capitalist tax breaks for certain politically powerful industries in favor of taxing the consumer. This is not a good plan.
  8. I think that the problem with the vaccine is not so much it's performance as how it is being sold. If you see the ads you do get the impression that it will keep your child from getting most cervical cancers, and in fact as you point out the real effectiveness is somewhere around 38%. Keep in mind that anything that reduces your chance of getting any particular form of cancer by 38% is by definition effective if not perfect, and may well be worth what appears to be at this time a very minimal risk. I do think that the less than perfect effectiveness should be stressed along with the potenti
  9. This last summer I had emergent post operative complications from surgery done at Kennestone. I called the Doc and he sent me to Paulding ER. He called ahead to tell them to expect me, and sent my records over immediately, so I had nothing but the best experience. The doctors, nurses, and the surgeon were all kind and professional. I have also had experience with the Emory/Smyrna hospital ER, which is about the same size as Paulding. It absolutely sucked top to bottom.
  10. The story on WSB said that she has had six surgeries with the last one being a fusion of her ankle joint to her leg. That's a lot more than a sprain, and quite likely very painful with no prospect for a full recovery. The story didn't say how the jury arrived at the award, but like UGA said, there were probably many opportunities for the city to repair the problem which was in a crosswalk in a high pedestrian area of downtown. We only got part of the story. WSB Story
  11. There was a show on TV a while back (I think it was called Jail) where TV crews hung out at jails around the country. They spent several shows at the Las Vegas jail, and one of the women they brought in as a repeat drug and prostitution offender completely broke down when they showed her and the TV audience about 7 years of mug shots going back to her first Meth possession charge. The progressive deterioration was amazing. She quite literally went from debutante to toothless pox faced 80 lb. drug whore. It was chilling. I hope the campaign works.
  12. Assuming that it is unprecedented, which we have no definitive evidence to suggest it is, now magically make that anthropogenic.
  13. OH NO! Not only have you discovered the super double secret vast right wing conspiracy to destroy American cities, you have openly stated such on "one of the largest message boards in the country". You're a brave man PUBBY. Any group so fiendishly diabolical would surely stop at nothing to insure the secrecy of such a plan. They won't let a solitary man stand in the way. To quote Phil Jones, "The science is not settled". What we actually know about the climate of this planet and all the intricate interactions is comparable to what the Wright Brothers knew about space travel. The warmi
  14. In March 2007 68 washed up in Texas. There are 29 Marine Mammal species found in the Gulf of Mexico, and most share the same food sources and range, however the "anomaly" is occurring in only one species of Dolphin. While the above doesn't rule out the spill, it certainly points out the fact that such kills are not at all unprecedented, and one would certainly think that if it was related to food source or environmental contamination by oil, that other very similar species would be affected by what are universal toxins contained in the crude oil. I believe that a more correct statemen
  15. HA. True but unfortunately I'm afraid that only the real Charlie could actually talk somebody into paying him to be him. All kidding aside. I do hope he gets some real help for his problems. It would be a shame to lose him.
  16. I don't think you will actually have to grow up.
  17. They can ask for it and prospective employees can refuse. I don't see the need, when they can see anything they want by being "friended'. A wise man once said that if you don't want your Grandma to know it, don't go blabbing it around town. The same holds true here. If you are a big enough DA to post pictures of yourself smoking weed or to rant online about the alien abductors, you might as well drunk dial your boss now and get it over with.
  18. At least a Dog is cheaper to buy off. It would put us all on equal footing with the Unions and the Wall Street Banks.
  19. WSB reports one child airlifted to Erlanger in Chattanooga, the other to Scottish Rite.
  20. I don't know of one company that gives smoker's formal breaks. They can smoke outside at lunch and other regularly scheduled breaks.
  21. I believe that you can request that your name not be mentioned to the guy. You can verify this at the office. When the Marshal sees the problem he will make a determination whether or not to issue a citation. At that point it is the county vs. your neighbor and you are out of it. I think that I would try one more time to see if I could offer another big hint like the trailer offer before I called them though. Good luck.
  22. I can read. Repeating yourself doesn't make your post any more intelligible. I might be impressed if he got up out of the coffin when the rainbows appeared, otherwise it's a damn shame this man took his life, and pretty rainbows don't mitigate that fact. His body is still rotting in the ground and his family is still left wondering if there was anything they could have done differently, and missing him every day for the rest of their life.
