I do not drink coffee at all. Alton Brown, a well-known food cooker from the Marietta area has mentioned using a pinch of salt in coffee to make it less biter. Not sure what kind of salt he used.

Mum does! She likes to visit thrift shops like Goodwill to find stuff like that. She is very creative when it comes to her projects/crafts.

I usually don't eat or drink after 6PM and start eating until after 12PM or so the next day -- so that is kinda like intermittent fasting. When I am really, really thirsty, I just sip water. The longest fasting I have done was a 61-day water fasting. I have lost several stones and noticed improvement in my health doing just water fasting.
