oh my golly, I just spent $16.99/lb for this steak; I am almost afraid to eat the dang thing!!

So if I want to buy the type of beef that you raise, where do I get it? I would like a taste test.

I use Austin/Mix or maybe it is Mix accounting in Marietta . Small, local business and have used them for years. Fabulous; you can make an appointment and go; or drop off your stuff. They file electronically and voila! The money shows up!

Just bought a grass-fed beef steak; very pricey - didn't eat it yet. Who has some knowledge on the subject? I am looking to eating more organic(ly); but confused about the meats, etc. Is one type of beef more healthy than the other? What about the taste? Does corn vs. grass have anything to do with them being raised using hormones, steroids, chemicals, etc.?

I'll try the new battery. The car is 2004 and I use the extra remote almost never.

I thought it might be the battery on the remote; but I have two remotes and neither are working. Any other suggestions? Thank you!

Trying some concoction of sausage/chicken/shrimp - I guess a Jambalaya type thing with some my own twists to the recipe. I have been hungry for hot dogs since the weekend; must be something in the air.

I am aware it will cost more; but as a one-person household feel that the impact will be less than that of a large family. I am not sure I could do it if the kids were still at home.
