This I am totally against,first of all there building it and hoping to get business. In the mean time the price tag is into the millions. This is plain stupid people. The company I belong to had a two day event in downtown Dallas,we had shows in the Dallas theater. The following day we had 12 different bands playing,plenty of food venders. All for 20.00 and it failed we might have had 100 people.Dallas just didn't do it. We had major advertiseing too. I just don't understand.
