Ok here is what happened,we got a $119.00 water bill ouch! I called the water company and they said it was high,it was averaging 27.00. Now I went to the meter and yes there was a leak. I called GLT,there were out in a flash. The commode was running constantly,couldn't hear it. They replaced the parts in the tank. Inspected the plumbing and replaced the other commode parts. Great service,real nice. They are my go to plumbers

Look I will tell you the real deal,quiting is hard because your addicted. I quit in 1991 after 15 years of smoking two packs a day. It was hard I went through hell,if it was easy more people would be successful and stats say less than 21% will quit and most have tried several times and failed. The biggest thing I can say is I am smoke free,but it isn't over. Every now and then,I get a urge or I have a split second thought about reaching for a smoke. It is a life change that you always have to thing about. It is on the same level as quiting heroin. The best part,I can smell a mile away.

They want to shift from income tax to communications tax. Also casual sales of motor vehicles,and tax labor on auto repair. The total income tax reduction would be 390 million. He explained that the shift from taxing earnings to taxing spending. "Republicans and fiscal conservatives have asked for this for years" Now what does everyone think about this?

I keep seeing articles about a new tax proposed for tv service. I read where it will affect over 1 millon people in the state. I will look into this more but if anyone knows about it do tell.

I for one am disappointed about the funding,nothing could be more important than those tunnels. The last Chairman supported the tunnels,but David seems to have shifted away from the tunnels. This will have to be an important issue in 2012.

It's a jungle out there with so many options,now a tactical foreclosure has it's ups and downs.Most people are under water they owe more than the home is worth. Say your home was bought at 150.000 and now it's worth 100.000. So you walk away and they sell it for $100.000 I believe your going to still be obligated for the 50.000. A lawyer can tell you for sure or not. Everyone is different,there issue is different so pick wisely.
