  1. As above, there is much more to the story than the over simplified 'she used the n-word 30 years ago'. It is alleged she did and was associated with the same type behavior in the recent past. If you live in the public eye you are on a pedestal. Your image is the moneymaker and is what the sponsors pay for so they can share in it. If you do something that damages that image you pay the price even more so than some average Joe.
  2. Holy crap....is this for real?
  3. It applies to everyone equally when there is probable cause to believe they are involved in criminal activity. There are plenty of legal ways to obtain a warrant, what matters is the testimony is from a sworn LEO who under oath presents reasonable facts that criminal activity is afoot and there is specific evidence of that crime that need to be recovered.
  4. Some understanding of the Constitution and the BOR would benefit you because it is obvious you don't understand the basics of the legal system and specifically the role and judicial power of a search warrant. It does not hinge on consent or lose its power because the involved party does not want it served, what matters is the process prescribed by the 4th amendment is followed,
  5. It follows the BOR to the letter. If there is probable cause that evidence of crime exists LE may obtain a a search warrant from a judge and after judicial review obtain such evidence. You will be presented with the warrant and given an option to lawfully comply, if not thing progress until the warrant is lawfully served.. That goes for every crime on the books and does to even require you to be criminally charged beforehand, just part of am investigation. It could be your blood, DNA, a search for a believed murder weapon at your house or a stolen car in your garage.
  6. And? If it is evidence of a crime it can be legally obtained by a search warrant issued by a judge, refuse to submit to that warrant and logically the next step is taken. That can included blood, DNA, teeth imprints, hair follicles, fingerprints and a variety of other things. To imply something is wrong just because the accused doesn't like it is misguided.
  7. People have been killed for less than that. The motivation of robbery is to take property of value; shoes, watch or wallet is all the same.
  8. Such as one that will give you $841 worth of 'repairs' and send you on your way to next year.
  9. Well of course they did, that is the Federal governments largest civilian LE task. The Border Patrol, ICE and Coast Guard all dwarf even the biggest Federal investigative agency which is the FBI. This should be common sense.
  10. Reality is that is probably the cheapest way to pay them. They could access their entire check for $1.50. No bank or check cashing place will do it for anywhere close to that anymore.
  11. More than likely a thin wire was used in a hanging. The body weight and fall will make it cut into the flesh. Who knows though, the guy could have made some sort of guillotine in the garage.
  12. I figured those guys were smarter than that. They are probably the top sports talk show in Atlanta.
  13. "Protect and Serve" is an LAPD motto. It is on their cars and is commonly used by Hollywood which is what spreads this myth. A few random smaller agencies may have copied it but it isn't some widespread universal law enforcement motto.
  14. What makes you think their plan will not include a traffic light?
  15. Rat snakes are amazing climber. They most certainly can climb straight up a wall.
  16. Homeland Security bought less ammo this year than in the recent past. The 'outrage' was fueled by the potential max amount that could be supplied under a 5 year contract and has nothing to do with the amount actually purchased. The max amount quoted was not a guaranteed delivery and was in fact common practice, ensure low bid suppliers have the capability of going beyond your current needs. It was simple exploitation of those who don't know any better by people who profit from ratings when they concoct a shocking headline. Much of the calibers in extreme shortage such as 9mm and .22 are
  17. They seem to be doing pretty well for a business where 'no one shops'.
  18. That will do nothing but good in that area. Great to have another choice outside of Hiram.
  19. Google 'I don't understand what I am talking about but that doesn't stop me from voicing my opinion over and over and over and over'.
  20. He died as a result of his own unsafe act so no homicide charge against a 3rd party is appropriate in any fashion, he died by his own hand and not by the act of another. It actually surprises me that people are calling for it.
