I love flavored coffees and I love my Keurig! I've been hunting around locally for good flavor k-cups. Ingle's at the corner of Dallas-Nebo and Nebo has a wonderful one. Folgers Gourmet Selections, Vanilla Biscotti. I have just opened my second box. I went into Ingle's tonight and happily found out that they were $1.00 off with your Ingle's card. A pack of 12 is right at $6 on sale.

Oh, I'm sorry! My daughter went to EPHS and had her leather wallet stolen. A year later some group were planting scrubs at the school and they found her wallet buried in the ground. Her money was gone of course but her id was still in it.

The magazine is wonderful! Both my husband and I both enjoy it. This is our 2nd year having a subscription. If you haven't sat down and really looked at it, you should. I've had a few friends write articles for the magazine.

I was eating an apple at my grandpa's one day...he said "Don't swallow the seeds because a apple tree will grown in your tummy." Little did he know I'd already swallowed and seed! I ran out of my Grandpa's house scared to death! I was also too scared to tell an adult what happened. I wait a long time to have a apple tree grow in my tummy!

My plan is created just for me. They did some tests at my first visit and talked to me about all kinds of things like food likes and dislikes, lifestyle and other things. Dr. Beasley then picked out my eating plan. I have very extensive blood test run (13 of them!) this week. I go back to Dr. Beasley Friday and I will know more than I've ever known about myself! She may change my plan or just adjust it. I'm looking forward to my appointment. I love Dr. Beasley and her staff!!! Thanks LR for being interested and caring. I'm so glad to have you as a friend! Y'all check out her websit

I have started going to Weight Management Institute of Georgia at Georgia Lung by Cobb Hospital. Weight Management is part of Georgia Lung Associates. Dr. Beasley and her staff are fantastic! Dr. Beasley's goal is to improve her patients weight related medical conditions, thus improving their health and quality of life. The program is tailored to each individual's needs, goals, personality and lifestyle. That could mean reaching an ideal weight and other times it can mean becoming less overweight, becoming more mobile or simply improving quality of live. My insurance is covering this for me
