They may not be "diet" food but they are a "serving amount" tool. I find that I will get one pack and not go back for more. This has helped me greatly in loosing 49 lbs. It is also helping me control the normal food in my healthy eating plan. Trying to split up a large bag of chips into 100 calorie portions is very difficult. Knowing how many chips equals 100 calories and having the control to not eat them while I'm splitting them up is just not possible. So I do love the 100 calorie packs. Just called Frito Lay because I can't find the boxes of 100 calorie packs or Doritos or Cheetos anywhere anymore. (Yes, they have the popcorn, sunchips and cheetos variety packs at Sam's and I do buy those.) Would y'all please call 1-800-352-4477 and complain about not being able to fine them also. Hopefully with everyone's help we can start getting them back in this area. Thanks!
