Yes, because I know I have missed other great ones because I was not on p.com the days they were on the Recent Topics. It is so nice when it is on p.com because it is already typed. I can save it in documents under a recipe file I have. Then I enlarge the font so I can see it without reading glasses, and print a copy and put it in my file folder in the kitchen. When someone asks for a copy of the recipe it is so easy to print off or email it.

It's too hot to bake today... going to be in the 90's ... keep telling yourself that. I keep reminding myself how much milk costs...my crew devours milk with my baked goods. I stopped baking the last 8 weeks or so because hubby was trying to be good and lose some weight ... saved a bunch of milk money! (I don't think he has lost any weight... but the rest of us have! ) My sons started griping that they are not fat why should they suffer... I did bake Sunday, but I find it's hard to feel like baking when it is this HOT!

I'm lazy, so I like "bars" as in ... put it all in a pan, cook, cut, and serve. My kids and I LOVE these. And SUPER easy! Peanut Butter Squares 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine 1 1/2 Cups Sugar 2 Eggs, beaten 1 Cup Self-Rising Flour 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9X13 pan(or dish). Melt peanut butter and margarine on low heat or in the microwave. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. Had a neighbor that almost died from a blood clot that happened due to the liposuction. About a week after the procedure a blood clot went through her lung. Sadly I can think of MANY people who I am friends with who were cheated on with an affair. Famous or not ... affairs hurt more than the spouse. That is true even when there is not a child from the affair. What a mess.
