OMG- I am so glad I did not buy the house I put an offer on there a year ago. When I put an offer on it they said dues were $400 and then someone said $1500.00 We couldnt believe it! I hope you all get what you deserve. That is so ridiculous.

I basically grew up there. Those were the days using my dads code for ice cream at the pool . Wait not much has chaned I just now use it for drinks lmao It's declining in some parts of every where .its not one area. It is certain hoods imo this is in every county. As long as op chooses a nice hood they should be fine I find people have more Of a problem in the typical first time home buyer style homes. In those hoods there ends up being foreclosures and rentals. There is good and bad property every where .

I am in South Paulding off Ride and Love it there. I am also in the New GA Community area. I also like North Paulding. My brother lives there and it is very prety. It is not that far of a drive to West Cobb Target and Walmart. From South Paulding I am in the middle of D.ville, Hiram, Villa Rica as my choice of stores. I like it because I grew up in West Cobb which I loved, but I wanted to move far away enough where I felt like I moved, but I am still close enough to my family lol. But not so close to where they will ask me for so many favors lol So my vote Is South Paulding or No

My suggstions would be to call cobb/douglas outpatient detox. They have a list of people they work with that could help. He could get his own apartment- they attend meetings- has to be clean to live there- and it is a couple 100 a month.

I have had three children. And yeah I complained. Females complain way more than males. In general IMO. I do think it is bc they talk way more. I talk to my bf every day and every time I am in the car. So the slightest pain- you usually say it. It is stuff that just shouldnt be said. I am sure it is annoying. My husband tells me so lol I do not complain nearly as much as others. Males never complain bc they never talk. So they only speak up when they are really not feeling well. Like need to go to the dr sick.

I think women complain more than men. I never hear my husband, brothers, father ever say something hurts. When something hurts it really hurts. Every day I have girl friends say- they have a headache, their stomach hurts, etc. I think it is bc women just talk more.

I took my kids two year ago for the first time. I felt like I needed a life jacket too lol One minute I was fine and then it was so deep. You for sure have to have life jackets for small kids there IMO.
