I feel your pain. When mine were still team sports and we had a fundraiser I usually bought the stuff they were selling as I just couldn't get myself to ask at work or let them walk the neighborhood. I did help with some car washes.As for the kids who's parents couldn't afford the travel expenses, those of us that could always sponsored one or two.

TAKE A SAFETY COURSE! Doesn't matter which one, but it'll make all the difference. Also have you looked at WOW Int. they are on 41. their prices are usually a little better. All four of us took the course and the kids got their licenses by passing.And it was fun too. Welcome back, have fun and stay safe!

Happened to us with two of our cards. Paying on time and paying it off every time didn't help. NO MORE CREDIT CARDS FOR US or the KID. Hopefully more people will follow this path and show the credit companies that we can live without them.

I hear ya. Been there done it. We send out 10 mails to the big ones and not one answered. Then we did a little searching around and found a very small agency and they not only answered, but also did all the running around and signing and taking care of all the other stuff. Try the yellow pages and maybe the visitor bureau website of the town or area you want to buy the house

They must have a different metabolism. And yes we have been through only healthy foods to cereal only to 'I don't care what I eat,as long as it's food' to now healthy foods (meaning fresh, home cooked and knowing exactly what's in it) again. And we are now : I liked to eat that?

Not much help here. Mine starting eating us out of home and house around the age of 9 and never stopped. It got even worse when they came home from college. Must have been the 'good' cafeteria food So better get used to it.
