Thanks everyone, I'm just kinda figuring I can't go with my hair NOT being washed for 2 or 3 (or however long it will be) weeks. I'll ask the hospital if they can give me some extra shampoo stuff to take home. Hubby is going to have to earn how to cook again! He can cook up (smoked meats) some awesome BBQ meat, though!!!

I received a phone call from my Ortho Dr's Office on Monday. Advising me of my MANY appointments. Yesterday, I had to go give blood and the lab tech drew 23 tubes.................. Yes, I said 23. I was like WHAAAAAAAATTTTT??? I had to sit there in the lobby for about 15-20 minutes, before I could leave. I have to see my Hematologist every 3 months for my blood issues (low Iron, B-12, vitamin D and Calcium) and She had the lab tech to draw blood for my regular annual visit, as well as the lab orders for the clotting test. Thanks everyone for your Well Wishes and input. I will keep these thoughts and suggstions in mind. This procedure will be done at Cobb Hospital, not a big fan of Cobb but, Dr said that Cobb Hospital is best for this kind of procedure. I'm making a mental list of things to do "before" the surgery, just hope I can get them all done. The pain is getting a little more intense as the days go by. Just trying to hang in there, the Dr didn't give me anything for pain so it's going to be a long 3 or 4 weeks, that's for sure!!

I am in the process of getting lined up for surgery in mid January. Since I'm on blood thinners for previous blood clots, I have to get these clearances first. I'll have to be taken off blood thinners for minimum of 1 month to 3 months. I have to get a clearance from a Vascular Dr- to see "IF", I may need a filter and my Hemotologist- to see what my chances are of me getting another blood clot and my Lung Dr, because he is the one who is giving me the blood thinners. I also have to have an ultrasound on my leg because I have a pain in my left leg that feels like someone is choking the li

I've had success with making a report such as this. They even called me back to let me know the outcome. The only drawback is, it can NOT take an anonymous complaint.

That's why I take this (purse sized can) everywhere I go AND some Purell Sanitizer Wipes and I spray the toilet seats down and wipe off with tp or pt!!! I use the sanitizing gel or wipes for my hands.

When we first got our front load washer/dryer set (it was GE) I didn't mind the washer because I didn't have to wash but every 2 or 3 weeks and the dryer did the same thing as yours. It got too hot, in my opinion!! I got rid of that set just as soon as I could!! The washer started smelling, even though I was leaving the door open, it was still molding inside of the washer. Those cleaners for washers did NOTHING!!! I was soo glad to get rid of that set!!

I have been having pains in my "liver" but, the Dr's say there is nothing wrong other than me having a fatty liver. It's been hurting off/on since about 2002/2003. I've even had two liver biopsies and still "nothing!!!!" when I die, I want my liver and brain to be donated to science so they can explore and find out "why", I have these headaches and the liver pains. Where would one get good BBQ around here??? Hudsons in Douglasville AND Burnt Hickory BBQ Dudes is the ONLY BBQ that i will eat. If we go to a BBQ place, I always order chicken or a hot dog.

The Thanksgiving Dinners were a BIG SUCCESS, AGAIN. We put together 13 meals and everyone was soo appreciative. One little boy had the biggest smile on his face when I gave him a package of Aunt Jemima Waffles and the Toll House Cookies. HE WAS ECSTATIC!!!
