My daughter got a phone call last week and on her caller id was her own ph #, yep, someone has spoofed her #. I forget what company they said they were from but she played along with them for a few minutes then she let them have it!! They hung up pretty quick.

We ONLY had 3 kids (at first, before dark) and they were like 12 or 13 yo and then we turned the light off and shut the door then after dark we hear a knock and it was a little Anna, about 3 or 4 yo. That was it!!!! I wasn't going to buy any candy but, Hubby kept telling me to get some, so I gave in bought a big bag from Sam's (the $10.98 bag) soooo, either we eat the candy or we save it for Christmas Goody Bags. Do you think it would still be good at Christmas??

On my way to Town Center area today I saw two or three "Pumpkin Patches" and they had boocoo's of pumpkins still. Maybe they will make a LOT of Pumpkin Pies?? I'm not sure i'd know how to clean and use fresh pumpkin. For any leftover pumpkins, instead of throwing them away, please consider donating them to a food bank. Thanksgiving Dinner with a home made/baked Pumpkin Pie, what an awesome way to end your day!!

Went by the New Dollar General on Friday and it appeared to be open, not positive but, it's a good possibility!! There were a lot of cars there but, that could have been the employees stocking the shelves and so on.

Have you ever thought about using restaurant.com? You buy certificates valued at $5, $10 or $25 for $2, $5 or $10 at restaurants that are on their list. We have been using this site for about 5 yrs, now. We have certificates for Happy Hawg BBQ, Olive Tree John's Biscuits n Pizza, Johnny's Pizza and numerous other places. You punch in your zip code and it will tell you what restaurants are in that area. They always have specials and the certificates do NOT expire.

I'd like something different and out of the ordinary. I sure was disappointed when the Chinese Buffet didn't go in, in the shopping center. We really don't care for Mizu, the food isn't all that great and the Dinners are too dang expensive for the amount /taste of food that you get. Where is a good Chinese Buffet, please don't say Lins Garden in Villa Rica. I'm tired of Evergreens in Carrollton, too. Anyone tried the new place in Villa Rica called "Luther's Bistro?" It's in the same strip of stores as O'Charly's at the intersection of Hwy 61 and South Carroll Rd.

Yeah, Hubby says the same thing!!! I have a Dr appt tomorrow with a new Dr. My old Dr has retired (Thank God, cause, I was NOT going back to him!!!) so I will see one of the other Dr's there. This head ache still hurts and I've taken Percocet and still nothing, we'll see tomorrow. I know they will just give me more meds that probably won't work. This has been going on since my late teens so I don't expect any miracles!!! Please keep me in your prayers. tia

I probably won't be there this time, just NOT feeling up to much of anything, these days. Yes, it is quite a bit of food. It seems that "IF" we don't have "meats, cheese, milk or eggs", that there is always food left over. Oh well, we'll see how it goes this time.

8660 Blue Ridge Dr, Blue Ridge, Ga. This is a pic of the apples. There were 19 apples in the bag (1 peck bag) they were all about the same size. I like Mercier's best of all. If, by chance you want an Apple Fritter, you'd need to call early in the morning. They only bake so many and when they sell those, THEY ARE GONE!!! No joke. I tried to call the other day to see if they'd save me some and I could NOT get thru. Don't take a chance on waiting until you get up there. Unless, you will get there real early. We just went to three Apple Barns yeterday. If I had known you wanted some,I could have got some for you. $6.00 for a 1/2 peck and $12 for a peck. We bought some at Mercier's, I just Love Mercier's. I got a dozen of Fried Apple Pies and one peck of Sun Crisp Apples, sharing with family and I got us an Apple Pie. At Hillcrest Orchards, we got us an a Fried Apple Pie and an Apple Fritter. At the B.J. Reece we just looked and checked out the prices, we didn't buy anything, though!!
