  3. So, what was up with the cell phone??? Why "would" they give a nixle alert , when they are trying to apprehend a suspect???? The suspect ~may~ be getting nixle alerts, as well as everyone else.
  4. Yes, we have a lot to be THANKFUL for, as well. I have a wonderful husband, children and grandchildren. We're all fairly healthy and enjoy spending time together. I'd say "I'M BLESSED."
  5. Thanks, do you think it would take out "white out", out of carpet, even after it's been dried up for about 7 yrs? Hey, it's worth a shot!!!! I do know that a long time ago, I used windex on fingernail polish that was spilled in the carpet and it came out, even after it had dried up!!!!
  6. I have not read the links but, my guess would be that the housing market was good because of sooo many foreclosures were being bought or bought and sold, just maybe???? It's just a wild guess.
  7. How big of a spot, the size of a quarter or the size of the a shoe size box??
  8. These are groups that I tried NOT to listen to. If I heard them come on, I'd turn the station. Would never buy music from those groups either. I was more of a soft rock music listener, some country but, mainly the old music from the 60's 70's and some 80's.
  9. I need to have my dog groomed and trimmed, I don't have time. Isn't there a mobile pet grooming person, here in Paulding Co??? tia
  10. I use the Duncan Hines Butter Recipe, it does wonders for my Coconut Cake. :yahoo: This is the recipe that Burnt Hickory Mimi posted. It IS delicious!!! It's a hard toss up, which cake to bake for turkey day, a carrot cake or a coconut cake........hmmmmmmm
  11. . We bought our last washer, at Sears on 4 of July (good sale prices) and it was a GE brand (we're kind of partial to GE). The one I chose was a very close match to my dryer that we bought in 2009. I like to be in "control" of my washer, not the washer being in control. I hate that it doesn't have the real swift agitation, like the old style washers, I sure miss them.
  12. I HAVE BEEN THRU THIS, IN THE LAST 6 YRS, DO NOT GET THE WASHER WITHOUT THE AGITATOR, IT IS JUST AS BAD AS THE ONE YOU HAVE. I GOT A FRONT LOADER IN JULY 2006 AND IT TOOK SO LONG TO WASH A LOAD OF CLOTHES. NO JOKE, OVER AN HOUR WAS THE NORM!!! IT ALSO SOUNDED LIKE A JET WAS TAKING OFF, IT WAS SO LOUD DURING THE SPIN CYCLE. I EVEN CALLED GE FOR A SERVICE TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT AND CHECK IT OUT, WHEN IT WAS ABOUT 1 WEEK OLD. IT SHOOK AND MADE SOME AWFUL LOUD NOISES BUT, THE TECH SAID THAT WAS NORMAL, BECAUSE THE WASHER AND DRYER WERE SITTING ON PEDESTALS. MIND YOU, THEY SUGGEST YOU PUT THEM ON T
  13. Market Deli at Arbor Place Mall has the BEST hot wings. The sauce is good (to me but, NOT to hubby) they also have the best French Fries. The wings are on the small side but, they DO have meat on them. ALso if they are really small, they will give you extra to make up the difference. Publix has good wings, also. You get your monies (that words spelling, doesn't look right)worth. They are huge. We had them and the first time, we made two meals off of a box of 20 wings. Most restaurants charge about $1 per wing, not ALL , but, "MOST" do. Publix wings are 20 for $9.29, this week, until
  14. My tradition is to do it on Thanksgiving after Dinner. Since I have been doing the Balck Friday shopping, for the last 4 yrs, It's done whenever I have time AND when my youngest daughter is here, she loves this kind of stuff!!! My tree's are UGLY but, she can make it purdy.
  15. Those were the GOOD OL DAYS!!!!!
  16. We just ate there and the food is awesome!! We don't like parmessan(sp?) and forgot to tell them that but, we raked it off and enjoyed our food. You'll have to try it at least one time!! It's the a good amount of food for the price you pay, hubby had the spaghetti and meatballs, I had to the Italian Sandwich, mmmmmm gooood!!
  17. At 3:38, I was passing Dallas Elem Sch and was wondering the same thing, I called hubby to see if he knew if anything was going on.
  18. Looks like it may have been deleted/hidden out of the publics view or something of that nature. I tried "searching" for flea, market, fleamarket and NOTHING, don't know where it could be.
  19. Does a Seafood Market sell "fried foods?"
  20. I tried to report someone, years ago who was claiming they were disabled (workers comp case at first) but was working and getting paid in cash, under the table so to speak. They waited out the 2+ yrs, filed for disability, still drawing workers comp, got approved for disability still working under the table. Well the wifeypoo, saw how easy that was, she did the same thing, except she didn't work, She just "said" she was hurt. faked her injuries and they both drew their disabilities, social securities AND food stamps. I tried to report them and I was told, that I'd have to have both their soc s
  21. Regardless of who "think" they may know what they are talking about, they may know something that YOU don't. If he IS NOT the custodial parent he has NO RIGHT to get the childrens Social Security Benefits, if in fact they are entitled to any. The custodial parent needs to go to the Social Security Office and see what's, what for herself!! Now, "IF" the custodial parent is an unfit Mother, on drugs or is an alcoholic or is mentally unstable that would be a different story but, just because they are divorced and he wants something that he IS NOT entitled to or he is just being greedy, NO WAY HOS
