The lots in our subdivision are two acres (most of them). So we have a lot of shooting. I don't see how you could prove they weren't 50 yards from the road unless you saw them. But I'm guessing most of it's legal. I do hear a fair number of complaints from neighbors, though.

That book Changed. My. Life. Literally. I have read it now about four times, and will read it again, I'm sure. Very, very insightful book. I cannot recommend it enough.

Boy, you're right about that one!!! And you mentioned not watching TV...there are some web sites out there (don't have time to look them up just now) that talk about "Sleep Etiquette" - doing things to prepare your body for sleep, like taking a hot bath, not exercising too close to bedtime, not watching TV, not using computer, making your bedroom an inviting place, etc.
