He'll be at Chicken World on Thursday! -
It's much better than Little Ceasars! We know the new owner there...and one of ours will be working there too. It'll be a nice addition to the delivery options around here.

We're registered at a couple of rescues and have gone by both Paulding & Douglas Co Shelters. Paulding has an adorable lab mix but she's a bit bigger than we want to start with. After having to put down our dog of 15 years last Aug, we're ready to start with a new pup. Know of any? We're looking for a girl, less than 3 months; small to med breed. No pits, rotties, chow. We currently have a lab/corgi mix (35 lbs) & a mix mutt (20 lbs) both rescues from the shelter. We're good pet owners with shots, spade; fenced in yard. Crates, toys, lots of play; Our dogs are spoiled!! If you have

I sent you a PM about this position last week, it shows that it hasn't been read yet; is there a better way to inquire about this position?

Lenny gave the house back to the bank. The house where the mom was paralyzed? I'll stop next time I see you or Mr. G out when I drive by.

Whoa. And my neighbor that just moved was arrested too? I don't know if this murder charge is connected- I'm told its juveniles that were booked.....

COG Mgmt at 61 & Nebo Rd might be a good option for you.

There was a senior at SPHS that died yesterday. Conditions surrounding his death are still being investigated. The young man was shot. It happened in the South Paulding area, near Roses, but not quite 'there'. He was loved as one of my own as he and my daughter dated for some time. My only peace is knowing we stood next to him at his baptism last year........ I'm praying for the young people in our community. Such a tragic start to the New Year. He used to work at Sparkles. It was also the all night skate event so many teens from our community that knew him were there. The incident was

It's an iPhone. I want to keep up with texts & internet searches. A lot of history & rebellious behavior this year. Going the 'trust' route with boundaries.....

I don't live under a rock & am going to be giving my daughter her phone back. Tell me the best apple apps you know of for keeping tabs on her. This isn't a parenting strategy thread. Cool if you don't agree, but please start your own thread if you don't have anything constructive to add to this post.

Paulding County Fire Station #14; two man, one truck station. Should be open at the start of 2015.

She is home now! The police brought her home this afternoon. Thank you so much for your prayers!!

Thank you so much for posting this! Kaitlyn is still not home. The principal at SPHS is looking at the tapes to try to locate who she was on campus with. Last seen at SPHS but she is not a student there. I need all the help I can get.

**FOUND** Our beautiful 16 year old daughter is missing. Kaitlyn ran away sometime Thurs night. Please ask anyone you know with SPHS is they know the whereabouts of Kaitlyn Pruet- she was seen on campus even though she does not attend there & was seen leaving with an unknown male. Please call 911 immediately if you even think you've seen her, they are checking all leads. Kaitlyn is 5'7, 120 ponds. Long brown hair, to the middle of her back. Green eyes & a space between her front teeth. She was last seen wearing Skinny jeans, green plaid fannel, white sneakers & a brown cro

Confirmed by several store owners while trick or treating at the business there. Gonna be a Waffle House. I want a CFA or Krispy Kreme Wonder what will come next, there's still several out parcels there!

Wow. You ought to change out those P's for a CK in the middle. Quite fitting. Your concern is appreciated & I'm sure there's plenty that goes on behind the scenes that I don't know. That's fine. I'm entitled to my opinion, same as you. That hardly makes me ignorant. I'll allow you to continue having this debate with yourself. PS- it's not my husbands shift today so I don't know where the ladder truck is. You gonna call Cobb in if you have a house fire today? Seriously, if your beef is that big take it up with the powers that be.

Political promises, budgets, etc aside; this is a useless thread. It serves no purpose other than to create trouble where there is none. I've seen some really good suggestions offered here but they ALL require FUNDING. I feel my husband IS safe when he goes on shift serving his community. I do not have concerns for his PPE or training. Sure, they'd love another ladder truck or heck, even decent beds at the station; but these guys do their very best with what they are provided. I find the chief to be involved & concerned. There are station visits & ongoing training. I don't get your pa

You'll come in here & complain. What are your solutions? The chief's office is the forum for this, not Pcom. I don't see anyone volunteering for a tax increase. Really, so what's the point of this thread? Our guys work hard & do the best they can with what they've got. I've not heard of any serious concerns. Would we like more? Sure. What dept wouldn't? Any constructive ideas since we lack Cobb Co's tax base? These types of posts in the wrong forum do nothing to improve service, manpower or budgets. You've been told where the chief's office is. I don't know what more you want fro

But yet if your house is on fire here in Paulding Co., or if you've been in an accident or are seriously injured- just who are you going to call? Your buddies over in Cobb? I'm insulted by your insinuations. Our county doesn't have the same fire budget as some major municipalities yet our men & woman do a fabulous job with safety, training, & serving the people of Paulding Co. If you are genuinely comcerned about the safety of our fire fighters, by all means, get involved. Just what change are you expecting to see by going the route of posting on PCom instead of going to speak to
