I saw this on the news. This organization is composing a database of all Purple Heart recipients and registration is free. Much of the Purple Heart data was lost in a fire at the national archive years ago. This is a great way to preserve the records of our servicemen and women who received a Purple Heart.

In my opinion, you should not upgrade an XP machine. I will not be upgrading mine, but I will upgrade one of my Vista machines. I think the only advantage over XP is better security.
