On your login page there should be the option to click "forgot password". After you click it and answer some security questions your password should be reset.
Hopefully not. I'm not sure who you use, but the last time I called AT&T to reset a customer's password the response time was really fast. I was on hold for less than a minute before I was talking with an english speaking CSR.
Security Suites can slow it down. If both computers have the same download speeds, it's probably your ISP. Try restarting your modem and router if applicable.
