I would really like to know why this guy was missing for 4 days. I mean if he wasn't kidnapped or harmed, was alive, and perfectly capable of picking up a phone, then why didn't he? You'll probably need to contact the planning and zoning department and ask them the parameters on combining two lots into one. You can find their info on the Paulding county government website. Planning and Zoning Division I couldn't find any specifics on here regarding your specific issue, but I'm thinking the lots will need to be resurveyed to be combined as one not only for building permit purposes but also to determine property taxes. There's a few in contruction on Pcom so I'm sure someone else on here would probably know more information.
