    Yep, The roof needs some work... $12 million to her is like maybe $1,200 to us.....nice piece of property but I like my little piece of farmland with no close neighbors and a well pump.....its simple.

    Don't go often to the one in Hiram, but it has always been good and the people have always been friendly and helpful. I guess if you walk in the door with attitude, you get attitude back...just saying !!
