I'm not offended. It takes a lot more than someone picking on Pat to offend me. I just find it pitiful that the man says something people actually agree with and instead of just agreeing with him, people have to get their barbs in.

Sooo...is this topic about Pat being a weed smoking idiot, or that pot should be legalized? Funny, he says something that people agree with, but he still gets insulted.

I can't believe someone would burn old photos either. They can't be replaced, so that was a very selfish move on their part. Even if they didn't know who was in the photo, all they had to do was ask other family members. But, I'm so glad you got this one. It's a great photo!

I am loving it! I love most everything about the Latino culture, dancing being one of my favs. It's a great show and like you said "HOT HOT HOT!"...I agree! I love the Malambo dancers...did you see them?

Why do some people, who clearly can't get along with someone else, make it their mission to go into their threads and start a pissing match?

I know many judges would say that it's none of the non-custodial parent's business how the money is spent but I strongly disagree. I think if support is being paid then the parent receiving the support should be held accountable, especially if there is suspicion about how that money is being used.

Pricing for taking a tree down depends on more than just the size of the tree, or condition of the tree. Is it near a home, or other structure? Are power lines in the way...or close enough to present a problem? I had a tree taken down when I had my first house. It cost me a LOT more than $400.00. It was a very, very old, live oak tree. Hated removing it but it was wreaking havoc on the driveway & water lines, and it was within 10 feet of two homes and the power lines ran right thru it.

She is precious! But, after having worked as a caregiver for elderly ladies, in my mind I kept saying "Oh, be careful! Don't fall...you're gonna throw your hip out...and watch out for that rug!!!"

No song has ever made me cry. There are some that can really stir up memories for me, but they don't make me cry.

Me either. And my answer to the poll is NO. There have been many, many times when I could've stooped to someone else's level, but I've found that if I just leave it alone and forgive them that God is MUCH better at getting them than I could ever hope to be. Plus, I can sleep at night knowing I've done my best at living with others in peace.

Yeah, it's pretty disgusting what some folks will do. Another things that drives me nuts is the BIG WADS of tobacco that get spit out...right in the path of where people walk. That grosses me out more than sweeping up cig butts. Dirty diapers still have to be the most rude thing that I've seen though.

As someone who cleans up a parking lot every day, I appreciate those that do put their trash in a trash can. I've seen just about everything thrown out in our parking lot, and we have 3 HUGE trashcans right in the middle.

Told y'all that more of the story would come out (maybe I said it in the other thread). This is a mixed up young lady. She does need counseling and to grow up a LOT. I don't think she ever thought this would become the news that it did, we can thank her parents for that part. Nonetheless, I'm glad she's safe and this is over. Now we can talk about someone else.

There is more to this story that will probably come out eventually. In any event, I'm glad she's been located and appears to be ok physically.
