That's because NOW there is something more to report, other than an adult snuck out of her window & left home in the middle of the night. A missing person's car found abandoned is alarming and it gives the police some sort of idea of where she has been. I hope someone saw something/anything that can help the police locate her. I am praying that she will be found, and found to be OK.

I don't think anyone is being insensitive. I believe everyone hopes/prays she is safe...but they also want her to contact her family. If she is OK, then she is the one being insensitive...to her family, friends and an entire community that has been keeping their eyes open for her for almost a week now. Not to mention all the police depts that are on lookout for her, her car or anything that might lead them to her. If she is not OK, then I pray she is found soon.

1- When the initial posts started flooding FB...it was presented as though she were a minor and was taken. Now we know that isn't the case. Mommy & Daddy didn't want everyone to know she'd been in trouble as a teen and had completed a stint in rehab. 2- The police are looking for her, from here to Ohio, but there's only so much they can do as she is an adult. She did leave voluntarily with NO evidence of foul play. 3- Maybe she's getting back at mommy & daddy for taking her stuff away when they made her go to rehab? AGG...you'd also LOVE the scent "Linger". I think it's a new one. If you buy a warmer, don't forget to get some "Linger" to melt in it too. Very fresh, lightly floral and not overpowering. I LOVE it! Oh, and I decided to use the warmer I didn't like. I just put it where nobody sees it.

:biting my tongue: LPPT is correct...there IS more to this than meets the eye. The pics being published aren't even current pics. She has much shorter hair now than she did as a teenager. Also, there is info about her more recent past that isn't being posted...they're all just saying stuff like "this is unlike our Megan" and so on. I know the parents are worried sick over their daughter, but she is an adult and at some point you have to let go. Let them make their mistakes and grow up via life lessons. :back to biting my tongue:

I was watching the videos, when one of my customers came in my office to pay rent. She is a black lady and one of her sisters-in-law just passed away. I asked which funeral home they were using, so I could go pay my respects (I think highly of this lady), when she informed me that the funeral homes in the downtown area here where I work still do not take black people. I'm glad you posted this. Recently I had a rash on my back. The itching was HORRIBLE and nothing seemed to help. I scratched and had M scratch, til back literally bled...right thru my nightgown onto the sheets. It finally went away on it's own. Not sure exactly what caused it, or what made it go away. Hoping it doesn't return again.

Haha! It sure felt like it yesterday. I could hear the wind whipping thru the attic space above my office, and heard the tiles move a little but it never dawned on me that any of them could have blown out of their little square hole in the track. LOL

I just noticed that 2 ceiling tiles in my office were blown and sitting sideways from all the wind yesterday. Now I'm looking for a pole to push em back into place.

The design is all the way around it. I have another warmer that I use. I just thought that if I could swap this one, then I'd have one for another room. No biggie.

Considering my stepmom got it from someone she works with, which is an hour (or more, depending on traffic) from me, I'm not going to drive that distance to exchange a gift. Just call the cops and report the noise. I've been told that anytime a police officer has to go out on a noise complaint and they hear excessive noise when they arrive, then it's considered against the ordinance...or at least that's how it worked in Smyrna.

It's beige colored and has gold angels on it. It's still in the box, but it's at home so I don't know if it was labeled or not. The only thing about exchanging it is that my stepmom would know and her feelings would be really hurt because she picked it out.
