Bank won't notarize a POA? Did they say why? That's ridiculous. Banks won't notarize legal forms? That ridiculous as well. All they are doing is witnessing your ID and that's it is you that is signing. They are not representing the content of the form. Is this the bank you do business with?

We live in the same area. It's that explosive you can buy at a local sports store just over the counter, like you buy suntan lotion. I've asked folks why they feel the need to do it, they say there's nothing else to do and they find it exciting. One other thing then I'll hush. I could talk about these dogs all day long but now that a GSD has won Westminster, you can count on this breed exploding, think golden, please beware that not all breeders are on the up and up. Know who you are dealing with.

I'm very partial to GS dogs. Ralph is my third and probably my last. . They are strong, very active dogs and I'm afraid that as we age we just don't have the needed energy to effectively raise these dogs. They are brave and very protective and they love their people. But, like horses, blood is everything so before you consider getting one you need to commit to dealing with quality breeders. I love my rescue dog but I would never consider getting an aggressive breed dog without knowing their blood. I'm sure folks will disagree but that is my opinion.

From what I understand for domestic critters it's not the hunger drive but more the prey drive. That's the way they were made.
