    While I'm glad the market for condos is looking up, the lenders are still in the "we lost our butts on Florida condos" mode. Seriously, it is tough duty to find a property that makes them comfortable.

    Listen Dear, I started the topic about BLUE COLLAR CAREERS. Someone else came into the thread with the ENTITLEMENT issue. And I reacted. Shoot me I reacted.
