On the flip side, I have been subjected to several interviews that allow people who would be co-workers to "interview" me. On one group behavioral interview the woman said "so I'm supposed to ask you these questions" without having a clue as to what she was doing. I also have a Jewish last name and have been chosen to interview out of hundreds of applicants and, upon researching the company, discovered a high percentage of Jewish people. Once they saw me, the interviews didn't last very long!
