I have noticed also, that some of the ones that were stick up are still like that, and now so our their kids! I agree with the breathing, if you can relax yourself enough, take in the breathing slowly. I close my eyes, and take myself into anyother place. Meditation state. My husband would help me if I couldnt get to that place by myself!!

my kids are 12,13 and 16......during school bed time is 10, because they are a PAIN to wake up, mostly my 16 yrs old son!! but when school isnt in no later then 2am. I told my 16 yrs old, " Im good with you staying up, just enjoy yourself and be quiet" he took that as "hey Im staying up till 9am, and going to sleep allll day" WRONG!!!!! I woke his butt up at 12, and may sure he stayed awake!! So, we had to put limits down, 2am because I dont want them to sleep their day away.......

my girls loves it!! They are like kids, they get so excited and jumps and runs in the snow. Its so funny to watch. They run and loves to slide it the snow. but some reason my two younger ones, LOVES to jump on the trampoline and play on it. Last night one of my girls, stuck her head in the snow and popped her head back out, and I swear she smiled......LOL!! Good thing I have a fenced in yard, because they run run run and play like crazy in the snow!!!

Last ice storm we had, It was me and my 3 kids (young kids at the time), my husband was stuck at work, we had no power no phone, When hubby finally got home he drove up, seeing me and the kids bundled up at the door. Then I looked up and saw a tree falling to my car. OKAY....here I go one this..........I know second hand on what life is with MS, I take care of my mother, who has it!! I couldnt began to know how she feels and is going through. She cant feed herself, bathe her self, get herself dressed, she lives with the shakes bad, she is losing her vision, she uses a walker to walk, and a wheel chair if we go somehwere.
