  1. We have a trip planned for June 12- 19, to panama city, we are supposed to stay @ Splash, so I really dont want to change our plans, but I may have too.
  2. Oh this is nothing new....3 yrs ago My hubbys truck & my car have been broken into on two different occasions. Nothing was ever missing from my car except a pair of Old Navy Flip Flops (wow), but hubby had his Smith & Wesson pistol stolen. The Sheriff's Office still has not recovered but htey do call about 2 times a year, wondering if we have any leads, or if we found it. There were several people's vehicles broken into around that time. The sheriffs did catch the young boys doing it, but I never heard what the outcome was, so I wonder if it is the same kids?
  3. We have had State Farm for our Home Owners Ins. since we built our house in 2005. Every year they raise our rate at least $40. I just noticed this jear it went up almost $100. We have never filed a claim in the 5 years we have had them. I am going to shop around today, So who do you use?? and are you pleased w/ there service? TIA
  4. Were going the Circus Saturday morning. I hope the rain holds off, but maybe the forecast will scare some people away & it wont be too crowded !

  6. When Wal-Mart was in Dallas, right next to Ingles. The drive in theatre where Hardy Chevy is now & who could for get Charles Hardy's Christmas lights !!! The orginal Briar Patch before it burnt down (the 1st time). Plaza Movies & yes 278 used to be a 2 lane road that seemed to lead to no-where.

  11. Gee-tee I you are looking for a great local Pedi check out KenMar Pediactrics Dr. McGee. I love love love her & her nurses are the best. She is okay w/ the delayed shot schedule, not very fond of it, but she will do it. I was very strong willed about Casen being on a delayed schedule. He office is right @ the corner of Mars Hill Rd & 41.

  13. Same here. The Dyson Ball came out about 1 yr after I bought mine. My SIL has the ball & it is awsome. It glides very well around furniture.
  14. DYSON !! I did the Dyson test before I bought mine. I borrowed my cousins DC25 Animal, Vaccumed w/ my Bissel (which I thought did a great job), then vaccumed w/ the Dyson !! I thought I was going to die, the amount of dirt & dog hair the Dyson pulled up was amazing. It was the best $500 I ever spent !!

  16. The place in the Target Chopping Center in Acworth is my favorite.. the prices are pretty reasonable.. I love the Milk & Honey Pedi.. I think it is $35. I timed it 1 time.. my pedi lasted 1hr & 10 mins.. I was in heaven !!!

  18. I have family coming from out of town this week. My little guy is 13 mnths & my grandmother really enjoys watching him just run around & play.... & Since the forecast is calling for rain I am looking for something fun we all can enjoy but indoors. I was thinking maybe Jump 4 Joeys.. I heard the have a nice toddler play area or maybe the Childrens Museum?? He has been to Pump it Up & loved it but they are not open to the public on Friday's. Any more recommendations?
  19. Hubby & I went for our hunny moon 5yrs ago. I had the best time just walking through all the different hotels. The Venitian is awsome & the gondela rides are a must. The shops @ Ceasers. We ate dinner @ the Paris Hotel (not sure what rest.) but we got seated right @ sunset & they gave us a VIP table that over looked the Fountains @ the Bellagio (Wow it was amazing & the food was good too). The roller coaster New York New York is cool & the Pirate Show @ Threasure Island is cool, if they still do it.
  20. I actually just joined Weight Watchers on-line yesterday. They have a pretty good deal going on right now. I am hoping to lose 20 lbs by Thanksgiving. I'm sure I can, but I have always heard the slower the better. good luck with your search to find the right program for you. I agree w/ the pp's try to find a program that teaches lifestyle changes.
  21. You should be able to pay them online.. just keep the receipt in your car showing you paid for them.. Maybe they will be open tomorrow. I am sure they will waive the late fee if you really want to pay them in person.Since this was mother natures doing not yours.
  22. I am about to try & head home from Kennestone Hospital Area. I live right off of Harmony Grove & 61. I am worried b/c I have a 4 door sedan. Any recommendations?
