Son and husband love the bad syfi movies. I just shake my head, and I love a good science fiction movie. As for Noah, it's one of those even when they were showing the previews I thought would be crap. So, at some point we'll watch it, but I won't pay for it.

I know a girl in SC that aborted her first child. She got pregnant a second time and she doesn't want the father involved at all. My Grandson goes to a charter school, and it has been so much better then the public school he was in. I wish more teachers would appreciate when parents add to the lessons. My kids were/are raised to know that school only has enough time to hit the highlights, and there is always more to the story. I would just love for the schools to be allowed to teach civics again. I also would like for teachers to understand that yes some kids come into kindergarden already knowing their ABCs, and 123s, as well as maybe being able to actually read a chapter book. ETA: I know a few homeschool

I cried the day youngest decided to ride the bus home, and the next year to ride the bus to school. I hope he still wants me to take him to school the first day like we always have. Even if he is a big 9th grader.

There is also a Kennesaw team, and an Alphretta team. I also understand that there is one other team from Georgia, I think they are from Augusta. Either way the 8yr DD world series trophy is on it's way to GA. Hope we get it in Paulding!!!

I'm not ready for my baby to start high school.

We saw an 18 wheeler turned over going west bound on I-20 last Wednesday. I don't know if it was just the rig that was involved or not, but it was a scary sight. They were still cleaning up on about 5 hrs later, when we passed by it on the way home.

Seems to me that KK, Krystal's, Steak & Shake, and The Varsity is just nasty. But, IMHO they are all overrated. I prefer Dunkin Doughnuts. There isn't a decent sub shop around either.
