  1. Roundtree rec, on McCullume (sp) does swimming lessons, and may have some other things going on.
  2. Awesome!!! Never heard of trip training. Anyway, with her doing it in her own time she should be fine, like the other poster said barring any big events she shouldn't revert. Sounds like she will keep you on your toes. LOL
  3. OK......... I don't live in a fantasy world. I'm not afraid to go out in the world. You keep saying these things are quite common. Well I'm thinking they're not as common as we would want to think. I'm thinking that the wild West worked out pretty good just like the wild New world. Weapons shaped our country. Maybe you need to educate yourself about history before going off about how bad the "wild West" was. I blame the over medication of our children. These phyotrophic (sp) drugs are given to our children with no consideration of how it affects the developing brain. Yes, every active chi
  4. I think there is a baby area. I don't have a little one anymore, but it might be one of those places for y'all to explore later.
  5. The playground of dreams is a blast for any kid. OK for us big old kids too. It's at New Hope park. How old did you say the little guy is?
  6. OMG I haven't heard that in forever. Anyway, yes, welcome. You will find that those of us with kids in sports, are really into sports, and maybe a little crazy. You will also find that there really are some wonderful people here.
  7. If you only knew how much she does do that is focused on Paulding Co. and our GREAT State of GA. I think you are the one who is ignoring her. What are you doing to help the state? Have you gone to vote in your local races? Do you campaigne FOR the people (not party) that you think will help the STATE of GA? Or, do you just sit in front of your computer, and pretend to be ticked about stuff. No, need to reply as it will be more nonsensical drivel. I have been keeping up with this. Sadly 4 men had to die to insure a Presidency.
  8. Thanks for posting this. I will pass it along to my friends.
  9. We had that problem when I worked at one veterians office. I got some pictures of hook worm infections, and information on how humans can get them, I then (with permission) posted the information in the lobby. Put a stop to that right quick. On a side note. My mom told us you never go out in public w/o shoes (flip flops were barley acceptable) or a shirt (a bathing suite top was NOT acceptable) on. It didn't matter if you were male or female, you just didn't do it. Even today I think people who do that just have no home training.
  10. I find that sentance very worisome. If the weapons are leglly owned, why would you want to "control" those of us that have them?
  11. I've run out of "likes" but here's a few of these :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:
  12. Both guards are members of the military, and are trained in the use of weapons. I know that one is very angry that he was not armed. He knows that even though his friend (who is still in the hopital) would've still been shot, he may have at least been able to stopped the shooter before he could continue his rampage.
  13. Be safe. After all is well take some pictures of the walking catfish. Hugs
  14. Well that makes sense. So, they aren't on your plan when they turn 23. They have their own plan, and have to pay for it themselves. Well unless you pay for it, but they still aren't on your plan.
  15. Most insurances worked that way for years, as long as the kid was in school. I know my DH covered the kids till they were 23 as long as they were in school. Keep in mind that my DH retired in 09. But, if they were still in school after age 21 could you not have provided the proof so they could stay on your insurance before the mandate? I don't really know as DH didn't get his ChampVA until after the older kids had left home. I don't know if your Tricare works the same way. Agreed
  16. Well I payed 106.87 just for a consultation, for a PCP. This is the Dr. person, who I won't even see the next time I go in.But, hey at least my preventive care won't cost any out of pocket. The only difference is instead of paying 20-30.00 for my co-pay I basically paid for it all at once, and I still won't be seeing the Dr. I guess there will be a high demand for PAs. now.
  17. I know of a couple of houses here in Paulding that are under 1000.00. You can PM me for the contact info.
  18. I will burn, and then it will tan.Once that first redness is gone the rest of the spring/summer isn't an issue. Growing up I always had a bit of color, and burning wasn't an issue. As I've gotten older the Irish in me seems to be coming out more. )
  19. Yep. Had a good day watching DS learn new skills, and improve the ones he has at a football camp. We'll be back at it again tomorrow.
  20. Oh, come on RR don't you want some of those sideline/stadium seat coaches? Sounds like if they are so much more qualified to do the job they should jump at the chance. Yeah it seems like every school has those types.
  21. PM me Dana, and I'll get together with you. Thanks for your support.
  22. Verified that the Boston Butts will be 8-10lbs, and they will be smoked.
  23. I'm not sure how big they are, but in the past they have been about 6 to 8 lbs.
