Not that I know of. I have only seen him a few times and he was just dancing down the road (far away from traffic) like the happiest-go-lucky guy in the world.

Has anyone seen the dancing guy lately? I used to see him near Sparkles every once in awhile but, haven't seen him in a while. My concern is more for Miss, Jessie's safety. I saw an accident at 92 & 278 a few weeks ago. The car that was rear ended stopped (squealing tires) for the light that had turned red the car coming up behind them smashed into the first car. Now imagine if Miss, Jessie had been there. She most likely would not be there ever again. So far in the 6 years that we have lived here I have not had any encounters with her.
